Goede klantenservice
Eind afgelopen jaar een pen.mat, pen.pad en pen tip ink besteld.
pen.mat tevreden, pen.pad idem.
De pen.tip ink vielen tegen. Ze waren fantastisch in gebruik, maar met ongeveer 2 weken viel het metalen puntje eruit, bij beide tips (set van 2).
Uiteindelijk na een goedkoop alternatief geprobeerd te hebben, toch nog maar een keer besteld, ging er vanuit dat ik wel buiten service periode was.
Wederom <2 weken viel de punt eruit. Dit blijkt een bekend probleem te zijn, waar diverse kwaliteits controles voor zijn doorgevoerd. Ik heb contact gezocht met klantenservice en daar ben ik goed geholpen, klacht gemeld en ook geinformeerd naar alternatieven. Ik kon kiezen tussen geld terug, 3 nieuwe tips of een van de andere tips die ze hebben proberen. Ik krijg nu kostenloos 1 ink, 1 fiber en een 2+ toegestuurd om te proberen.
Het contact per mail was vriendelijk en meedenkend.

Great Products. Great Service
I recently purchased the the PenMat 2 and a variety of tips. I love the PenMat for the friction it provides while writing and how easily it is to remove it (to watch a movie) and then replace it when I go back to writing.
Unfortunately, the metal nib of my PenTip Ink broke a few days after use. When I reached out, PenTips replied within two hours and sent me a replacement. It's rare in my experience to have such great customer service. A loyal customer earned.

A game changer!
Very attentive customer service, delivery was fast and the pen tips are a game changer! Help a lot with precision and reduce the « wobbly » lines. I simply adore them! I recommend them to every one! Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed!

Great pen mats and customer service
Not only is the customer service excellent, but the pen mats work super well. They increase the traction of the pen on the screen, so I can loosen my grip a bit and my hand doesn't cramp when I write for a long time.
I got the second version recently, and it's even better than the first. Easier to apply, sturdier, and it leaves no air pockets.
Definitely recommend.

You'll never receive your order
Waiting for the "replacement" order for my original order placed on Jan 1. It wasn't until Jan 27th that they would accept the order was list, after not scanning for over 10 days prior. This "replacement" order has been sitting in New York for over a week, after having shipped roughly 2 weeks ago. Not sure if it is the economy shipping they are using,or packaging issues, but shipping is a major issue for them.
I would recommend skipping this company and going with a competitior.

Na Vianoce som si kúpil PenTips 2 Plus (#132697), ale všetky 3 kusy sa hroty oddelili pri bežnom používaní od šrubovacieho tela. Hroty sú veľmi dobre, tiché, ale aby 3 hroty vydržali iba 6 týždňov, pri normálnom používaní (žiadne profi kreslenie) je veľmi málo. Tým pádom neodporúčam nikomu.
Edit: zmena hodnotenia na základe servisu. Poslali mi nové, uvidím, ako vydržia :))

Not that sturdy, but a great feel
It felt really great to write with the INK nib, but the little metal piece just kept falling out and wiggling in its socket just about two months after I got it.

Neither smooth nor natural
The main advantage of this screen protector is that it effectively muffles the sound of the pen on the iPad. However, in my experience, it does not replicate the feel of writing on paper as expected. Instead, it feels more like writing with silicone on glass, which makes the writing process tiring very quickly due to the increased friction. While this added resistance may be beneficial for some, I personally didn't find it smooth or natural as advertised.
Given the price point (under $20), I’ve decided to keep it rather than go through the hassle of returning it. It may still be a useful option for those who prefer a higher level of friction when writing on their iPad.
