I love their products and helpful and efficient service. My last order didn't arrive, so I contacted them and they sent out my order again, which I received very quickly. I can't fault them as a company, I wish all companies were as good as PenTips, but sadly they aren't. Always a pleasure buying from PenTips.

I was concerned about purchasing my PenTips 2+ as there were minimal reviews online and I didn’t want to buy something that either wouldn’t be good or might even damage my iPad screen … I was not to worry. This this is excellent, and makes writing on my iPad with out a screen protector a great experience. I also don’t seen any wear and tear on the nib so far after a good amount of use.

Didn't Realize I needed these! Seriously the PenTips ad kept popping up on my Facebook and they offered great deals so I wrote to them and asked them why I need PenTips in my life. Marc, the owner (or at least that's what the email said) responded and told me about the tips, the variety they offer and even suggested I send a picture of my apple pro pentip so he could help evaluate it.

I explained how my tip is about 6+ months old and feels scratchy when I draw. I do have an iPad screen so I wasn't worried about it scratching the iPad it just made for an unpleasant drawing experience.

Marc (or whoever it was that answered my email) was very nice and didn't try to upsell me in buying the newest and most expensive which I completely appreciate.

But I went with the PenTip 3 regardless and it is AMAZING! Super smooth, no scratchy feeling and I have 4 tips. I am looking forward to trying the other tips at some point to see for myself how they differ. Get on their email list as they offer great deals throughout the year.

I read reviews of people not getting their's in a timely manner but mine showed up within a week. And I am now a lifer. Thank you!

These tips are a great solution if you use your iPad a lot. The Apple tips are hard and slippery but these are just a little softer and give a bit of drag on the screen with really improves the experience. It’s quieter, for one, and drawing or writing is just that much easier. I’m not an artist and my handwriting is terrible but the old way made it worse, these help a lot.

Pen Tips 3 is a great product. They work exactly as advertised and arrived in a timely manner.

I ordered the PenTips fiber. I never received it and tracking indicated the shipping label was created but then nothing else. I contacted the company and they apologized and sent out a replacement quickly. Problems are bound to occur in a business. What's important is how a company responds to a complaint. This company is trustworthy.

I'm a retired pen and paper cartoonist, from back in the Neolithic, and a few years ago decided to start exploring the digital art world. Procreate became a very satisfying and impressive app to experiment with, go different places in my mind. Except I never got used to the unnatural, detached feel of Apple's pencil, which often seemed to have a mind of its own on where a brush stroke would go instead of where I intended. I figured this was probably inevitable when working on glass. Got curious one day and placed an order from Pentips, not really expecting a game-changer but thought it was worth a try. Hello game-changer. Has an organic feel now, in turn giving much better control. Feel like I'm finally in the driver's seat when the pencil meets the glass. Now if something looks off in some way I can only blame myself.

I bought PenTips 3 and the INK tip—both excellent. Better control and a really nice feel on the iPad, with better quality. The company was also responsive when I had a question, and shipping was smooth. Great product, great customer service, I highly recommend.

Great product, makes drawing on the iPad easier.

I purchased the pen mat and the traditional pen tips and really enjoyed how analogous the experience was to using a mechanical pencil on paper.

in addition to that, any issues that arose were very quickly dealt with by customer service. in fact, probably the best customer service experience I've ever had.

Product was as described, price was acceptable, and delivery was quick.

The quality of the PenTips products has been great for years. Every iteration is better than the previous ones, which shows a company that cares about the quality of their product.

Ordered some 2+ tips for my new Apple Pro Pencil on ipad Air 13, but didn't like the slipperiness just for writing in Goodnotes. Got some tech support about using my older, less slippery 2 tip on the new pro pencil and putting the 2+ on my old pencil on my ipad mini where I don't often write. And, I was refunded for the 2+ even though I didn't ask!

No complaints about the product(s). My gripe is cost. Why are four plastic pen tips so expensive? Is it because they're targeted for "professionals"?

Pen tips are terrific. Love the screw in option. I purchased both the metal and black tips and both work perfectly.

Using the Apple pen has a much more fluid feel with Pentips. Such a difference in writing or drawing when using the product. I ordered more in different colors!
