I bought a bike from Pedl a little over…
I bought a bike from Pedl a little over a year ago. Initially, their servicing was reasonable — you could bring a bike in for minor issues (things like tyre changes or basic tuning) and get help without too much friction.
Over time, that has changed significantly. You can no longer rely on Pedl for timely or accessible servicing. Even minor jobs now require bookings far in advance, and the workshop appears consistently overbooked. The mechanics seem overstretched, and as a result the service experience is slow, expensive, and frustrating.
The overall impression is that after-sales support has deteriorated. Once the bike is sold, ongoing service feels like an inconvenience rather than a priority. When concerns about service availability are raised, management is defensive rather than receptive.
Buying a bike isn’t just about the initial purchase — it’s about reliable support afterward. Unfortunately, that’s where Pedl currently falls short. I wouldn’t recommend them if dependable post-purchase servicing matters to you.
