CHEATING COMPANY Be aware
I had a very disappointing experience with Eozzie.
I purchased an NCM Paris 19Ah e-bike for $1399 on 23 March 2026 and was told I would receive a pickup confirmation. After several days of no updates, I had to follow up multiple times myself.
Eventually, I was told the bike had arrived in Melbourne, but instead of confirming pickup, they informed me that the price had increased and asked me to pay extra. This is completely unacceptable, as the purchase had already been paid in full.
The lack of communication, delays, and attempt to change the agreed price after payment shows very poor business practice.
I ended up cancelling the order and requesting a refund.
I would not recommend this business based on my experience. Be careful when dealing with them.

I phoned Wednesday the 11th March regarding a rear tyre for my daughters scooter. They advised me they would have one and have it installed by Friday. I travelled quite a way to drop off the tyre again the store personnel advised to pick it up Friday. I phoned Friday only to be told they don't have the tyre and it would be Wednesday. With absolutely no apology - there customer service is terrible and they are dishonest with the information they give. I would leave zero stars if i could.

Great trike, terrible after sales service, warranty is worthless

We purchased an electric trike from Eozzie with a 3 month delivery. The trike arrived after almost 6 months. It runs well and is easy to drive. However one of the tires failed after four months, the tire came off the wheel. The trike had only been ridden on for 8-10 hours. In Australia there is a statutory warranty of 12 months. The item has to be fit for purpose. Eozzie refused to honour this warranty. Furthermore they quoted us $200 to fix the problem, we got a new tire fitted for $80 somewhere else.

$1800 e bike, no delivery and no refund

Spent $1800 on an e mountain bike for my sons bday. Called around stores and was told there was one in stock in Melbourne and they would send it up to Sydney the next week for pick up. A week went by and I called asking where the bike is. Said they would call be back. Called 3 days later, same deal. Over 2 weeks went by and no contact. Turns out it wasn't in stock and they were ordering from the supplier. I demanded my money back and it's been nearly 2 weeks with no refund. Dodgy company that lies in their sales process. Buyer beware

Think twice about purchasing from this company.

Purchased two Ebikes on 9th December 2025 to pick up in their Perth store. After chasing up an ETA for the bikes on the 18th December with no response and then again on the 22nd December which I got a response (total lies) saying the supplier had sent the wrong colour for one of the bikes. I asked which colour arrived and was told the bike had not arrived in Perth it was still at the supplier in Melbourne. I then cancelled the bike that did not arrive and was told they would refund the money immediately. Still chasing the refund on the 7th January 2026. Not only does this company lie to you about the product they sell you, but they also insult you more by dragging out re-payment of your money they have had since 9th December 2025. If this is the way they treat you when purchasing, you can only imagine how you will go with after sales service... there are plenty of companies selling Ebikes go elsewhere save yourself the hassle.

Eozzie Is Dangerous – Fraud Accusations, Privacy Breach, and Customer Betrayal

I purchased a Kaabo Mantis V2 scooter through Eozzie, and what should have been an exciting investment has turned into one of the most stressful and shocking consumer experiences I’ve ever had.

From the start, there were problems. The throttle I received was not the one advertised or confirmed with me prior to purchase. After raising the issue, Eozzie eventually corrected it, which gave me some hope that they would stand by their products. That hope collapsed almost immediately.

Within less than a month of ownership, the scooter completely failed. Despite being fully charged, it refused to power on. The charger flashes green and red, but the scooter remains dead. I followed every troubleshooting step available, but nothing worked. At this point, I expected Eozzie to honor the warranty and provide repair, replacement, or refund. Instead, I was met with silence.

When I pressed further, Eozzie didn’t just ignore me — they accused me of fraud. That accusation was baseless, insulting, and deeply unprofessional. I was treated as though I was dishonest simply for asking them to uphold their obligations. Rather than assisting me, they dismissed my claims and refused to provide any support.

To make matters worse, Eozzie sent me another customer’s invoice by mistake. This document contained every personal detail of that customer, including sensitive information that should never have been shared. This is not only a shocking breach of privacy but a violation of consumer rights. It demonstrates how careless and irresponsible their practices truly are.

The impact of this has been extreme:

• I’ve been left with a defective scooter I cannot use.
• I’ve endured mounting stress and financial loss.
• I’ve been falsely accused of fraud.
• I’ve witnessed a blatant privacy breach involving another customer’s personal details.
• I’ve been denied the warranty support I am legally entitled to.

This is not just poor customer service — it is outright abuse of customers. Eozzie has shown contempt for the people who buy from them, zero accountability, and reckless disregard for consumer rights.

Verdict: My experience with Eozzie has been a nightmare of stress, wasted money, and outright mistreatment. Their refusal to assist, their baseless accusations of fraud, and their reckless handling of private information prove they cannot be trusted. I deeply regret ever buying from Eozzie, and I strongly warn others not to make the same mistake.

Eozzie - Absolutely Appalling

Spent $1700 on a scooter and $100 on delivery. The scooter was Dead on Arrival.
Drove 4 hours to their store to see if repair was possible. It wasn’t.
After not offering a refund they finally agreed to put one theu, but as yet have not done so. They also refuse to reimburse delivery costs - that’s not their problem.
