Eozzie Is Dangerous – Fraud Accusations, Privacy Breach, and Customer Betrayal
I purchased a Kaabo Mantis V2 scooter through Eozzie, and what should have been an exciting investment has turned into one of the most stressful and shocking consumer experiences I’ve ever had.
From the start, there were problems. The throttle I received was not the one advertised or confirmed with me prior to purchase. After raising the issue, Eozzie eventually corrected it, which gave me some hope that they would stand by their products. That hope collapsed almost immediately.
Within less than a month of ownership, the scooter completely failed. Despite being fully charged, it refused to power on. The charger flashes green and red, but the scooter remains dead. I followed every troubleshooting step available, but nothing worked. At this point, I expected Eozzie to honor the warranty and provide repair, replacement, or refund. Instead, I was met with silence.
When I pressed further, Eozzie didn’t just ignore me — they accused me of fraud. That accusation was baseless, insulting, and deeply unprofessional. I was treated as though I was dishonest simply for asking them to uphold their obligations. Rather than assisting me, they dismissed my claims and refused to provide any support.
To make matters worse, Eozzie sent me another customer’s invoice by mistake. This document contained every personal detail of that customer, including sensitive information that should never have been shared. This is not only a shocking breach of privacy but a violation of consumer rights. It demonstrates how careless and irresponsible their practices truly are.
The impact of this has been extreme:
• I’ve been left with a defective scooter I cannot use.
• I’ve endured mounting stress and financial loss.
• I’ve been falsely accused of fraud.
• I’ve witnessed a blatant privacy breach involving another customer’s personal details.
• I’ve been denied the warranty support I am legally entitled to.
This is not just poor customer service — it is outright abuse of customers. Eozzie has shown contempt for the people who buy from them, zero accountability, and reckless disregard for consumer rights.
Verdict: My experience with Eozzie has been a nightmare of stress, wasted money, and outright mistreatment. Their refusal to assist, their baseless accusations of fraud, and their reckless handling of private information prove they cannot be trusted. I deeply regret ever buying from Eozzie, and I strongly warn others not to make the same mistake.
