Very good range of brands and models. Decent prices, especially with the discount You get as regular customer. Too expensive making a return though. Had to pay about £37 from Sweden. Should have checked that out i advance I guess..
Tired of all the hazzle in general with returns; packing the goods, printing a return slip, going to the post office, etc. Not worth the money You save on the deal.
Next time I'll buy from a local store. So much more convenient.

They match any price, and threw in a pair of shoe trees, some polish, a shoe tree and a tie. Promptly phoned when I had incorrectly entered my email address due to a mobile phone auto-correct. Will buy from again in the very near future.

Trying a new company for an important purchase is a faith tester. Pediwear's web site and history gave me the confidence to proceed and, notwithstanding a delay in fulfilling the order (that they made me aware of), they delivered a fantastic product that I am very happy with.

As I live overseas I needed to check that a certain product was in stock. Pediwear answered my emails promptly and the package arrived OK.

I have very limited opportunities to shop for these top quality English shoes as I live in a small Australian city. Pediwear's website is great, their pricing very competitive and their postage is quick and reliable. I have bought 12 pair of shoes since 2009 and have been very satisfied each time. I turn to Pediwear whenever I fancy a new pair of shoes.

I paid triker's stow(akon) color. First, shipping is good. The box condition is perfect and delivery tracing is easy to me. but, the condition of show is not good!!
And step of this shop is very nice.
But shoe quality(the most important thing) is not good...the left one of my tricker's stow is not well finished. there are some seam in my left shoe, and shoe tung is twisted! it cannot positioned to cecnter! it just go left to far... ㅜㅜ
Anyway, quality of my left shoe is not good. it just bad... if I buy one more tricker's shoe?.. um.. I don't know.

Excellent service, great products

I ordered a pair of Loake Ellands from Pediwear. Shortly after ordering them, I received confirmation that they were shipped, and I received them way in advance of when I expected them to arrive, as I live outside the UK. I am impressed by their service and look forward to purchasing more shoes from them.

Well, even the brown paper the shoe box was wrapped in was nice. The box was nice too. On opening the box I found my beautiful Barker Kebroyd boots encompassed in individual maroon cloth bags, with a maroon polishing cloth laying over the lot.
On picking up a boot in its cloth bag I was surprised at the weight; these were heavy in comparison to my recently purchased Portuguese boots. On removing the boot from its bag I saw the lovely light tan grainy leather and solidly constructed sole. The leather lining was as soft as that used to make high class gloves, and each boot had a tiny little serial number written on a small patch sewn in to the lining.
The boots were just a TAD larger than others I've recently bought of the same size, but not TOO large. They are as solid as a brick out-house and will last me for the rest of my life.
Expensive boots, but worth it for the incredible quality and attention to detail.
I'd definitely buy another pair, maybe something like the Barker Butcher Cedar.

First class, fast Pediwear service. Ordered Tricker's marvelous. Payment via PayPal without any problems. But an email contact with Pediwear doesn't exist. I have emailed them for the 4 times by the Pediwear contact form and by my emailbox with questions about shoe size and colour and did't receive any response.
