I ordered a hat over 10/12 days ago and it has not arrived so i messaged via messenger and not even bothered to reply absolute joke appauling customer service and basically a rip off avoid !! not a lot of money but it is the principle :(

I don’t often leave reviews, but wanted to say how great the service was from this company.
The items are really lovely quality (I bought some matching socks and some toddler Gruffalo leggings), packaged beautifully (hurrah no plastic in sight 😃) , and arrived within 48hrs of ordering!
I would definitely recommend and would buy from again (especially if they’d stock bamboo socks 🤞).

Fantastic service and products. I ordered a collection of Hey Duggee items for my son. I stupidly forgot to add a pair of matching socks, so I contacted them and asked if they could help and add them on to my order. They did it without any trouble or hesitation. Laura was extremely friendly and helpful, and made it a really nice experience (thank you again!). The order then arrived quickly and the items are great. Everything was wrapped really nicely and well presented. Top class service in all aspects! Will absolutely purchase from them again.

Ordered a gift to arrive before Christmas but hasn’t turned up. It’s now over a week late and there is no update on the tracking and no response via email. I know it has been Christmas but the company does still need to respond to some emails if they’re selling products to arrive before Christmas and then leaving people without gifts or explanations to give to family. Terrible and upsetting experience. No idea when or if I’ll receive my order.

I bought some novelty socks for my husband for christmas a few years back and again more recently.

We have amassed a collection of Hey Duggie, Daddy Shark, Bandit from Bluey and Daddy Pig. All have went down exceptionally well. Everything has been beautifully packaged and wrapped and not a bit of plastic in sight.

Saw an AD on Facebook and was hedistant to give it a go. Well, I'm very pleasantly surprised! The items are beautiful and very good quality. All well priced too, i was so happy when i saw it. The feel of the (Dugee) sweater was not your standard cheap printed thing, its great thick material that feels it will last very well. Super thrilled with purchase and totally recommend :)

I had a slight issue with my order (I ordered a number of things.... they were all GREAT apart from 1 had a slight issue). I contacted a lady called Laura who was friendly, polite & very helpful. She ordered a replacement the very next day.
