Their unbeatable customer service always saves the day. It’s very rare that I ever have an issue with my order but in the very rare instance that it does they always put their customers first. I am a loyal customer for life :)

The absolute best slime anywhere. The girls love it and we all anxiously await the weekly slime drops. It’s a great company - friendly and helpful customer service. The videos on their YouTube channel are addictive. The fun comes through in every product!

My daughter and I were looking at slimes and put a few in the cart. A few days later, I got a charge for almost $100 and received the order in the mail. I never checked out!!! 3 days after that, received another order of five slimes these were all new ones that we never even put in our cart, and I was charged another hundred dollars. Because they use Shopify they said they can’t look at any of the transactions, and told me they would not refund my money unless I return them. I never ordered them to begin with!!! I had to get a hold of my credit card. Cancel my card and have them flagged as fraud. Do not even go to their website to look- their slime is not even good quality.

Bought two slimes, first slime was just colored glue with charms! Seconded slime was soufflé pancakes, was weird green color and had NO charms. Definitely do not recommend please don’t buy.

So I had ordered two slimes as a birthday gift. And for some reason the mail carrier had sent the first one back. But connecting with peachybbies was super easy they were super helpful and re sent the package express. Got here today and Im in love with my slime.

Our granddaughter looked forward to the slime coming every month! Great product and even greater smiles for grandma and grandpa for giving her such a great gift!

I bought some slimes for my BF as a gift and I was really surprised with how quickly everything came to me--unfortunately one of the slimes did come with a badly cracked--but I was VERY happy with their customer service. They were quick, polite, and fully resolved the situation to my satisfaction. My BF also loved the slime--the sharkberry slurpee was both of our favorites.

I was so excited to try! Was dried out and about half the slime was gone! Also after I played with it for a little while it turned pink? It was originally blue idk how it happened but it’s disgusting and smelled really bad when it came

I have been getting peachybbies slime for literally years and they NEVER disappoint they can be I little expensive, but it’s worth it in my opinion!!

Slime took 1 year to deliver and charged me for 8 extra slimes. I paid 328 when it was only supposed to be 20 and only one slime came and it wasnt even one i wanted. Slime came as just glue,no activater pen either, even though it was a cloud slime. Terrible experience and would NOT recommend!!!!!

I initially had a problem with my order not being delivered. After confirming that the delivery address, etc was correct and reaching out to customer support, the product was quickly shipped back out to me. While I'd prefer a delay to not have happened, the company did everything they could to correct the situation quickly, and that is very much appreciated. I would absolutely order from them again in the future, knowing that even if there's an issue, that I can count on them.

Every time I have contacted customer service I have gotten a very quick response and solution for any problem I was having!

I ordered monkey business slime while it did come sticky they provided a pen spray to fix it , my only real issue which is small would be the fact on their tiktok it is advertised that slimes are sent in a custom box and is also stated on the website , i did not recieve the custom box but insted was given a grey small parcel thats used for shipping t-shirts and such , it was a small dissapointment to me , and the slime had also slightly overflowed at the top when a staff member had put the slime in , apart from that aslong as u dont mind a 2-4 week wait , its a good slime company and i will be ordering again from them , perfect company for anyone with young children who need a distraction!

The company was responsive when I reached out and I received the products I ordered. My daughter loved the slime products.

We buy peachybbies slime often! The whole family loves all the different slimes to choose from. We had to reach out to customer service today and the issue was resolved right away. 10/10 would recommend! (PS very impressed with product quality and size!)

At first I was upset because our order was missing the sand that came with pearl diver slime and was missing one out of the three slimes we ordered but they totally made it up to us by sending a whole new pearl river slime and the slime that was missing in the first order. Great customer service!

I have purchased from Peachybbies for over 5 years now. I have seen the company grow! With my last purchase, I had some issues with the slime. I sent one email to customer service and Michael was exceptional. I could not be any more satisfied with my experience. They are a good company with good policies that I can definitely respect and understand. It is the way the messages get across, the delivery of the message, which Michael handled like a pro.
