I purchased a squishy as a birthday gift for my son, and it arrived already damaged. Of course, he opened it for his birthday, only to find it was ripped. He did play with it briefly before I even had a chance to take a photo and email customer service.
When I reached out, they refused to replace it and claimed the damage was from “rough playing and that the clear material is fragile. For the price, selling something that’s that fragile especially a toy meant for kids is ridiculous.
Very disappointing experience and poor customer service. Don’t waste your money. I really wish they had Google reviews so more people could be warned.

I ordered the clear Fufu squishy and pieces would stick to my hand and pull apart by just squeezing it. It would always have pieces coming off, not practical at all. The company told me that the clear ones are the most unstable and they sent me a multi-colored one. But after holding it in my hand and squeezing, the green legs did the same thing the clear one did, which was melt or become extremely sticky pulling off easily as I tried to let go of it. There were prices that would just smear off or come off with each squish. The company would not replace it and at first try to blame me for damaging it. This was unacceptable and I did not do anything but hold it and squish or kneed it in my hand, and not even hard squishes, and the green falls apart & is more sticky than the yellow which I had no trouble with. Terrible customer service and terrible products!
They blocked me after I sent pics and video of product.

While not unususual for stores marketed on social media, what they show you is a lot better than what they really send.
The normal taba squishies were OK, a lot harder to squeeze than I expected. They are less sticky than ones I recieved from other stores, but that may have to do with the fact my older ones have been cleaned a few times rather than the material itself. The crystal texture, while exactly what I was hoping for in all their products, does fall apart easily. There were multiple parts with scratches and dents immediately after unboxing, which has me very worried about actually playing with it. Smaller ones probably hold together better, so I would not advice getting a larger one of these.
Customer service is... spotty. Between how much they claim "small flaws are part of it!" and the refusal to even hear you out if you didnt record the entirety of opening your package, I don't believe the owner actually cares about customer satisfaction all that much. The bags the squishies come in are ones you tear open, and no resealable bags are included. I would have appreciated those a lot more than a rubber wristband and paper stickers I wont use.
They claim their company is based in California, and while that is probably where the owner lives, the products themselves shipped from China. This felt incredibly misleading. With all the advertising on "handmade", and their location being in the US, I assumed it was being made by the owner, in their home or buisiness. It's not really lying; it never says made in the US, but I feel it is intentionally misleading on the owner's part.
I feel the other shop I previously bought from (yoyosquishy) outshone fufusquishy in every possible way. The only advantage I see to this company is their wide range of available molds, and the extra flocking they give you when you order.

Ordered my daughter some Christmas gifts and they are great quality, comes in the cutest little box and they also put some free extra gifts in. Delivery is fast to the uk. Would buy again.

Ordered 2 squishes from them. One of them was perfect, the other had a hole in it and the edges had little cuts in it. Tried to take a picture of it, but it came out blurry so they asked for another one. I sent them another clear picture, but my son had put the hair on it that they provided. They then asked for a video of unboxing it. Who takes a video unboxing their kids toys. I’m don’t talking to them, they can keep my 16 dollars. Don’t order from this company!
The company ended up sending me a replacement for my damaged item. It was in perfect condition. This made my son happy. My kids say that these are some of the best squishes they have played with. Thank you for fixing the mistake

I purchased the Squishy for my granddaughter, and she absolutely loves it. it is a very unique toy, and very different. The various colors are very nice. The company is very nice to work with. We will purchase more of the toys the produce.

Absolute waste of money, my son took the product out of the packaging, only for it to fall apart in his hands, company then blamed us for not handling it properly
Avoid, there are much better quality products on the market with better customer service

I literally brought it with my dad's account and it hasn't been delivered yet. It does not say when it gets shipped. When I ordered it, it was at Chinas Post And when I came back to USA, it was still in Chinas Post. Its been about more than 30+ days. It still has not came in yet.

Very misleading, wrong size and false advertising.
My son ordered a squishy after watching a YouTube video. The squishy in the video was easily the size of his 11yr old hands. When it arrived, it was tiny. Now granted, I should have checked the size with him and checked his expectations before hand but I didn't realise he was basing his expectations off a YouTube video.
Upon checking the specifications when it arrived, it stated it was 2.36 inches on each side. I got out my measuring tape to find it was actually only 1.3 inches. So smaller than he expected but also smaller than advertised.
I then looked at the YouTube video squishy and checked the specifications of that exact one on the website and not surprisingly the one for sale on the website is considerably smaller than the one shown in the video.
I honestly don't know how people live with themselves ripping kids off like this. Absolutely would not recommend!!
