I have been waiting to order something from PeachyBbies for forever! All I can say? I wish I'd ordered from them sooner. Although one of the slimes was damaged in transit, I emailed the team with proof and they sent me a new one immediately. 10/10 customer service. Slimes are otherwise exactly as advertised. There's a good range of sweet scents, and fresher ones (my favorite), and the slime quality, softness, crunchiness/consistency (based on what type you get) is satisfying to a T! Read instructions always, use the sticky fix if necessary, and hopefully you all enjoy this brand as much as I do :)

I have ordered 9 times from the UK. Delivery is faster than a lot of UK retailers. It usually arrives just over a week later considering it’s coming from the US, that’s impressive! Postage is around £12 which I don’t think is expensive. I suspect they are absorbing some of the postage costs. The slime is always of good quality. My daughter is spoilt for choice as so many to choose from.

I have never had an issue with peachybbies customer service or their products so I give them 5 stars for every interaction I have had!! Love their slime and love this company!

my daughter loves it. i bought her a set of 6 and it never arrived. they arrived in the uk but for some reason the post office didn't bring the package to me. they had to return the package to peachbabies slime i sent them the return tracking number. and nothing was resolved. the company's policy is not to give you a refund or to send you other ones back.

I’ve ordered from them a few times and I really like their product!! There was a mix up with one of my orders but tgey gave me a full refund and sent me the correct slime and let me keep the one they sent originally! The slime does start to get stiff after a few days of not playing with it, but they give instructions in the users manual on how to deal with that, additionally if you play with it often it shouldn’t be an issue.

This company is great. Unbelievable creativity. My granddaughter absolutely loves her slime orders. Great response time for answers to any questions one may have.

We all know the slime is perfection, but the customer service is also incredible. I worked with Michael to figure out why UPS wasn’t delivering our sub boxes, and he worked tirelessly to get us very specific answers and a resolution that went above and beyond.
Will continue to purchase because of our help from Michael!

Best Slime ever

The slime is so dang fun!! My 10-year old is in slime heaven 😍 So many different options and pretty fairly priced. Love the subscription box - definitely signed my girl up. We had a couple shipping issues, but Micah and Sierra quickly took care of us. We could not be happier with PeachyBbies - the staff and product 🤩

I ordered some slime for my kiddos and unfortunately one of the slimes the quality was disappointing and couldn’t even be played with, I contacted costumer service and let them know and they got back to me very quickly and was incredibly helpful and is sending us another slime. Great costumer service!

My granddaughter turned me on to Peachybbies and now I'm hooked! We were babysitting and happened to be having a lazy morning in our jammies, watching peachybbies on YouTube. She pulls out her Emo Axelotl and the rest is history! This slime and De-Stress Dough are my favorites! Hers are: too many to count! LOL When we are together that's all we watch!
