Placed order.
6 working days later (and after several requests for an update) still no definite date of dispatch. Asked to cancel order as feared item would not arrive in time. Told it was too late.
7 working days later, still no definite date of dispatch and could not/would not give me info I asked for (info you would expect a company to have).
Threatened chargeback.
Given refund and and order cancelled.
Wished I’d never bothered ordering.

Peace Collective’s warehouse received my return on 6/13. So that was quite literally over 2 months ago. The company claims return will be processed within 14 business days. However, when I reached out a month after the warehouse received my return, the company claimed they were just experiencing delays. It’s now been another month since and they haven’t provided a single update. Oh, and my refund still hasn’t been processed.

Products are really cool but the sizing is inconsistent and the shipping is disgustingly slow. I made an order 3 months ago and it still hasn't shipped and ever week they tell me it's pushed back another week. If you're willing to wait half a year to get your order then go for it... I'll never be ordering from them again.

The customer service is great but overall I’m disappointed with this order. I placed the order more than 3 weeks ago and have inquired twice about the status of it. This was a birthday gift and it was stressed to the agent in my first message that it was important and they said there was nothing that could be done except expedited shipping. Now when I reach out there’s actually one of my items in stock at a store? I wish they would have checked the stores last week when I inquired about the order.

Awesome customer service! After purchasing a sweater for my wife for our anniversary, I realized it was not set to ship for 10-15 days as it was made to order. I would have missed our anniversary, however after reaching out to customer service, they were able to get it out the very next day. Love what you guys do!

I bought an oversized sweater from peace collective and it didn’t suit my style, they offered me store credit however my teams unfortunately didn’t make the swag cut. I send them an email asking for a refund back to my card and the next day I got a response. They got back to me quick with my request, they made online shopping easy, effortless and hassle free. I would definitely shop here again and recommend others to do as well.

Horrible and very disappointing!! !!Very poor communication and over 21/2 months delivery …It missed my sons birthday by almost 3 months !!Maybe Ill give it to him next birthday!!Take care of your customers first so you then can take care of your charities!! Not worthy of a reccomendation !

I ordered an item at the start of June for the world cup. The world cup is now over and I have yet to receive the item. When I contacted customer support I kept getting told the item would ship "next week". After 2-3 weeks of delay tactics I asked for a full refund. I was then told my item would ship AUGUST 24TH!! This website is a scam and I am surprised it is allowed to run and be in existence.

The staff in store were super helpful and friendly. Customer service was incredible when my shirt arrived with 2 small holes and replaced it ASAP. They were communicative, prompt and completely understanding. I love my new tshirt. 10/10 would buy again.
