First time ordering from this shop, And will be my last time. I trusted the size measurements off their page it was 100% inaccurate the pants don’t fit, the size for the sweatpants where tight and itchy almost felt polyester. it’s unfortunate they have a strict rule with no returns or refunds back. I was about to order some more off their page but since they don’t want to give a refund or something maybe even store credit then this will be my last time ever shopping from this store. Also, I was missing an order I bought a bundle of 2 boxers white and black and right when I opened the bag. First, the bag was already open which was weird and I saw their was only 1 pair of boxers the black ones I’ll probably haft to file a dispute now with my bank because it seems like they aren’t taking it serious that I have a missing order that I paid for off their site I showed them pictures and still haven’t heard back from them. Be careful with this shop the pictures are not what it seems

I had an issue because my package was stolen after it was delivered. The support team kept me updated throughout the investigation, asked for the security camera photos, and eventually sent me a replacement order. Their customer service was excellent, and they made sure the issue was resolved.

The clothes are also really nice. The quality is great, and although they fit a little bigger than I expected, they still look good and I’m happy with them.

They sent me 3 items that only cover the amount off 1 mystery box
And to top it off they sent me the wrong size and the prints on the tracksuit was some temu print

Iv been back and forth with these for a month for them to turn around and say they’re not gunna sort it out.

I sent proof off their mistake so they know their in the wrong and who ever is managing their emails is to high to even know what their dealing with ( spelling like a 3 year old when replying to me )

I was quite impressed with the tracksuit, the company is legit however the fact they do not offer refunds under any circumstance, only store credit or replacement is disappointing. I accidently ordered 2 of the same tracksuit and now I guess im stuck with them both

My son is in love with his bag. I must say that the material this company uses on all their clothes, accessories, etc... are all high quality. Im so impressed. The leather on this 2tworld cross body bag is strong and looks amazing. Dont hesitate get yours now! Love it!

They don’t ship out orders lmao they advertise like they have inventory ready to ship but then you never receive your order literally the worst company ive ever purchased something for I will just dispute this charge because im not waiting 3 months for a tracksuit FOH✌🏾

The reflective track suit is fitted and comfy and didn’t take long to get here but I guess it depends on what they have and don’t have at that time, but I’ll def be ordering again
