ORDER NEVER ARRIVED
I placed order #21721 on June 22, 2026, for a Blank Fur Hoodie (Black), paying €59.90 via Apple Pay.

It is now August 28 and I still haven’t received my order. There is no valid tracking number, and the order is still showing as “Waiting for information” on Shop.

I have contacted Peaceandwar several times by email and Instagram, asking for an update or a refund, but I have received no response whatsoever.

It has been over two months since I placed the order. I would simply like to either receive the hoodie or get my €59.90 refunded.

Very disappointing customer service and communication.

Initially, The items showed that it was returned to sender. The company stated they would resend the items that cost $198 in total. The communication ceased. The website deleted my son’s account- so he could no longer log in. The comments left requesting a refund were deleted from IG and then blocked. It was such a disheartening experience. It was my son’s 16th birthday money. It was his first time purchasing online and he was ripped off. Unfortunately, he learned not to trust or support online boutique stores who have zero policies to protect customers. A business without ethical business practice should be closed immediately. Faulty and scamming business.

I purchased Victoria pants for my grandson on December 12, 2025. To date I have not received any information regarding shipping and delivery. I have yet to receive them. 

We have reached out to the company multiple times with no response. Absolute scam.

I placed an order with Peaceandwar.store 3 months ago and still never received my item. At first, they replied to my emails, but after a while they completely stopped responding. There was no update, no explanation, and no product delivered.
I had no other option but to file a dispute with my bank to get my money back. Thankfully, I was able to receive a refund through my bank claim.
This has been a terrible experience. Extremely poor customer service and zero communication once they have your money. I strongly advise others not to buy from them. In my experience, this shop operates like a scam.

I placed an order 4 months ago and still have not received it. they stopped responding to my emails and i have filed a dispute with my bank to get a refund. terrible brand and customer service.

Scam!! They don’t ship or respond to emails they delete your comment if you ask about orders too don’t waste your money here
