Finlay was great over the phone and was so helpful in setting up my payment with me and started the course. The reason I have removed a star(And this could be edited) is because I was told over the phone that I had up to two years to pay the course off but when I have looked on my app after logging on tonight it looks like I have to pay before my lessons start. If this is the case then I have been led on.

Friendly & Professional Instructor
My driving instructor Andy was friendly, professional and made every lesson feel tailored to what I needed. After just a few weeks, I felt confident and well prepared for my practical test, which I passed first time.
PassMeFast helped to get a test sooner than I expected and I found them to be cheaper than booking the same number of hours of lessons with any local independent driving instructors. I’d definitely recommend them.

Angry and humiliated
I’m posting this to complain about a recent call I got, since the emails won’t work, from one of your associates. At first I wasn’t expecting a call since I didn’t book anything, the website quoted was too much since I’m only on minimum wage.
Secondly the call was going okay until the price was mentioned, again it was too much so I refused. Yet they kept hounding me about PayPal 3 month plan, paying back over time and so forth. I had to lie and say my mother was with me, which she isn’t and I shouldn’t have to do when I say N O. I understand they need to sell, but they must understand that no means no. It got to the point I was getting agitated, especially when they said ‘don’t you think you should spend more on yourself’ or on those lines which I found extremely rude, as someone who has little money 70 an hour is not worth that when companies are offering 35 or slightly more.
They still wouldn’t stop and kept Insisting, offering a measly hour off the price of 1,500+, to the point I had to be rude. Again I understand they need to sell but not like that. It was horrible and degrading, especially for those of us struggling with our own finances and already paying enough bills. I just wanted a quick refresh.
I definitely won’t be using your services, and I hope you re-train your employees on mannerism and the context of ‘NO’ cause this was very distressing to myself
