Pass me not
Pass me not! They were ok to begin with. Then they were unable to find me an instructor. Which set me back. I finally settled myself at home as I was working away. They then sent an instructor. I thought things were going normally... 3 weeks before my test, this instructor Quaisar Khan said he didn't want to carry teaching me or take me to my test! Pass me fast didn't exactly try to help- in fact they suggested that I should re take my theory as it was about to expire (2 years). Haha its crazy. I had thought forget it but they then sent me an email saying they would refund me £125 . They sent £25 because they made a mistake. The whole thing was a joke.

Mohammed Khan was my instructor
Mohammed Khan was my instructor, was able to learn in a comfortable environment and very easy to work around my schedule. The lessons prepared me well for my practical test and I was able to pass my exam in my first try.

Jade helped with course booking
Spoke to Jade on the phone as was struggling to choose a course to go with and she helped me with providing all the necessary information as well as the time frame of how everything will work within the course.
Jade was very helpful with everything as I had been struggling for a couple months on what to do and booked everything over the phone with her to get everything started.

My instructor is amazing
My instructor is amazing. Very friendly and encouraging. However, my experience with pass me fast has been very different. They have lied to me and my instructor about availability of lessons and tests. This has resulted in me paying more than I would have booking directly and my instructor being paid less.

DO NOT BOOK ‘pass me fast’ you will regret it
I was misled by one of their workers over the phone. I booked a 20-hour driving course costing around £1.5k because my test was less than a month away. I was told I could pay £400 upfront and set up a payment plan for the remaining balance, which I agreed to and paid.
I was then told I’d be allocated an instructor within 7 days. Those 7 days passed with no instructor, so I contacted them and was suddenly told I had to pay the full remaining balance before they could connect me to one.
This completely contradicted what I was told over the phone and ultimately caused me to cancel my test. I’ve since requested a refund and have been refused.
Very disappointing experience. Save yourself the stress and hassle, they are scammers

It is very unfortunate that I fell…
It is very unfortunate that I fell victim of this fraudulent scheme. How do you expect that I wait 45 days to get an instructor despite explaining to you, my anxiety issues around the practical test. I expected the test instructor to be available soon enough so I could build enough confidence before time.
This is really disappointing, please kindly refund my money immediately. I am no longer interested thank you.

I am very unhappy with the service
I am very unhappy with the service I have received.
When I signed up, I was assured over the phone that I would be able to get an instructor within a short timeframe because I had an upcoming test. Based on this information, I agreed to sign up and paid the deposit while I was on the phone.
I was told that I would not get an instructor that week but that I should have one the following week. However, after the call, I went through the terms and details myself and noticed that it stated I could have to wait up to 45 days for an instructor. This was very concerning given my test date.
I called again to clarify the situation. I was told that it should be fine, but that they could not guarantee I would get an instructor in time. At that point, I decided to cancel my booking.
I was then told that I could not receive my deposit back, even though I had cancelled the very next day. I feel that I was persuaded to sign up based on assurances about the availability of an instructor, despite the fact that the service could not guarantee an instructor within the timeframe I needed.
It has also been extremely frustrating trying to resolve this. I receive calls when you want to make a sale, but when I have an issue, it has been very difficult to speak to someone and get it resolved. This gives a very poor impression of the service.
I cancelled my booking on 26 August. Despite this, on 24 September I received notification that I had been assigned an instructor and was asked to pay the remaining balance. I emailed the same day to explain that I had already cancelled and specifically asked to be removed from your email list.
Despite this, I am now receiving text messages as well.
I am extremely unhappy with how this matter has been handled. I have already made it clear that I cancelled the service, yet I continue to receive communications and payment requests.

Highly recommend Haroon Mahmood. Friendly, easy to talk to and informative. Punctuality was an issue on a couple of occasions but nothing too major.
