So upset about this company. My son turned 17 mid September and I booked and paid in full over £2000 three months ago to secure lessons for as soon as he turned 17/passed his theory (which he did on his birthday). When I spoke to pass me fast at the end of June I specified that we wanted lessons to start as soon as my son turned 17 and I asked if there were a lot of instructors in our area (they said yes) and I was assured he would have an instructor as soon as he passed his theory. No one told me that we may have to wait for 45 days. Now it has been 10 days since he passed his theory and nothing. They are hard to contact and when we do get through they just say they are working on it. I wish we had never used this company - my son would be having lessons by now if we’d booked with someone else and we can’t afford to pay another instructor while pass me fast (slow?!) have our money. My son is going to start an apprenticeship soon and needs to be able to drive or he will have to get two buses there and two buses back and spend nearly 4 hours a day travelling. I feel like we have been scammed and can’t get our money back for at least 35 more days and I am guessing they won’t make that easy either. My son is devastated as he thought he would be learning to drive by now (that is what they promised) and now we have to wait another 35 days and then wait for our refund and then find another instructor/company. Don’t use them. They do the sales blurb take your money and then nothing.

The booking process was quick and easy.
The booking process was quick and they got back to me very fast. I spoke with Richard, and he did a great job helping me though the process, and what path I should take. My only issue with it was it was quite expensive though with fuel costs and everything these days that's to be expected. Hopefully it will be woth the cost.

Terrible, Avoid at all costs
Terrible, just want my money back from originally being lied to before I even made payment, now with over £2200 of my money being held with a lock and key by them and no help from support to recover this after pointing out their lies. Im now stuck here, still having to fork out with my own money to redo a theory (they only pay for the first one) and pay for my own practical test. Avoid at all cost as you're likely to pay 300% more money to end up passing far longer than you would have to looking yourself....
