If I could give zero stars, I would
Extremely disappointing experience with PassMeFast.
We paid a significant premium for an intensive course in December 2025, specifically to get through the process quickly. Instead, my test wasn’t until September 2026.
My instructor was regularly late and disorganised, then informed me just one week before my test that he was going on holiday and wouldn’t be available for my remaining lessons or test. PassMeFast said they would find a replacement instructor but failed to do so.
This left my dad having to pay a high premium to insure me on his own car, alongside further costs for lessons in a different vehicle and eventually a retest.
We raised a formal complaint over a month ago and, despite repeatedly chasing, are still being told it is “under review”.
We paid a premium for an intensive service that simply wasn’t delivered. Given the poor service, significant delays and additional costs we’ve been forced to incur, we are requesting a full refund.
I would seriously think twice before booking with PassMeFast.
