Izabela Lazi has been truly exemplary in organising the delivery of my BMW X5 50e. I cannot commend more Izabela and Abbie at Partridge BMW for their excellent work and professional approach.

Had a small issue on my X5 that i suspect some dealerships would have pushed back on, instead David stepped up and got it fixed for me along with a small repair to one of the alloys. Outstanding customer service and a professional and helpful approach from David R.

I previously had a frustrating experience after buying my BMW, as the promised floor mats were missing and I couldn’t get any updates for months. However, David recently called me and completely turned things around. He was incredibly helpful, polite, and resolved all the issues in just one phone call.

Awful, awful customer service. My BMW is due to outstanding safety recalls, it had taken over 5 months to try and get the work done and I’m still no further along. The parts needed to come from abroad and the dealership wanted me to leave the car there without offering a courtesy car. I had to kick up a fuss and put in a complaint and escalate it to be allowed to drive my car away quoting the law and advising they had no legal right to do so. Finally the parts have arrived and they agreed to lend me a courtesy car for the day whilst they complete the work (had to wait almost a month for the privilege) and then two day before they messaged me to say the courtesy car is no longer available. BMW should
Be ashamed to lend there name to this dealership. Guaranteed if I was buying a car I would be treated like a king but because I’m not they aren’t interested and have no regard for BMW drivers. I would avoid this place like the plague because in my experience if you have a problem they certainly won’t want to help resolve it.
11/07/25: took the car in because I was told the parts had arrived got a call towards the end of the day to say that the parts arnt due for another few weeks, clearly the departments don’t communicate the saga goes on!

I took delivery of a brand new BMW IX3 through Tusker who used this BMW garage as a supplier. I dealt with Stephanie Morley on a number of occasions and she was brilliant to deal with. Always in communication, keeping me updated and a real credit to BMW. Absolutely delighted with my new car and would 100% recommend. 5 stars for Stephanie and the team! Thank you.

I can’t thank Alex Watts enough for his amazing service with regards to my new car. I have never met Alex face to face as we are over 400 miles apart but that did not stop him resolving an issue that I had with the tyres on the car. He listened to my concerns, appreciated my anxiety and went out of his way to do something about it. Patridge sales service was great I bought a used vehicle and they were amazing during the sales process making it very convenient and smooth.

The aftersales service has been exceptional. Dealing with Ian Hughes was a pleasure, he could not have been more helpful or supportive arranging for some slight remedial work on the vehicle at one of my local BMW dealerships. Plan to return and buy my next vehicle from Patridge BMW as I know I will get the best service.

Parts customer service is great as always. Have been dealing with John and the other gents for a while in parts and service and speed is always great. Will always come back to these guys for anything and recommend to anyone needing genuine BMW parts.

Had a fantastic experience at Partridge BMW today when taking my 4 series in for its 1st service.

I was welcomed into the showroom by CJ, the service manager and then looked after by Daniel Meader. They offered me a choice of drinks and biscuits as soon as I sat down and then talked me through all the work that was going to take place. I had booked a wait-in appointment, so took a seat in their lounge where I could access more refreshments and take advantage to catch up with some work on their complimentary WiFi. Within 30 minutes of the car being worked on, I received the video of my complimentary health check, directly to my phone - which is such a great way to run through how my vehicle is doing, so insightful and clear.

Daniel kept me updated throughout the process and took the time to ask me if there was anything I’d like to discuss whilst I was in the showroom.

The service did not take long at all, once complete Daniel walked me through all the work they had performed for the service and reassured me that my car is in great shape. I had a few questions around my vehicle generally, especially the infotainment system as I haven’t used all features to date - Daniel was incredibly knowledgable and caring to help answer any queries which rounded off an enjoyable experience. Having owned other brands previously and not had the best of experiences, today’s service was so refreshing and gave me so much faith in the brand I love to drive everyday.

Thank you CJ and Daniel for all of your help today, I will certainly be back for when the next service is due!

Upfront call to check if I had any queries, messages to give me updates on delivery times and text from delivery driver on the day to give me ETA.
Car arrived in as expected quality condition and delivery driver was willing to spend the time running over the key points and connecting the car to the app.
Car itself is a pleasure to drive.

Me and my family arrived at the dealership for a service and was welcomed by 2 very friendly gentlemen. Entered and was impressed by the cleanliness and the attention from the staff - even the coffee was great! My son mentioned to the gentlemen out the front how he loves BMW M Power and they gave him a hat which he absolutely loves. I’ve never been to a dealership this good, would recommend to anyone! We will certainly be back!
