I recently purchased a BMW X4 from Prestige Cars Kent and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. A special mention to James Kay, who was extremely helpful, friendly and professional throughout the whole process.
James made everything straightforward and stress-free, answered all my questions and was always happy to help. The customer service was excellent, and I’m really pleased with my BMW X4.

Avoid this company at all cost
Avoid this company at all cost...they will frustrate you with their incompetency. The technicians are inexperienced and their customer service, aftersales provide extremely bad service. I will not recommend at all to anyone who really want to buy a car and enjoy the car. We bought a car from this company over 2 years now and started developing problems from day one. it has been in and out of their workshop, we paid for extended warranty which supposed to come with courtesy car but they claimed you get courtesy car after one month which never happened.
I requested the alloy wheel repaired instead they painted with another colour entirely.
Very bad customer service and inexperienced technician.
Avoid at all cost... better car dealers out there that you can use. Stay away from this people.
They are not covered by motor Ombudsman as well, so don't be deceived.

On arriving without having made an appointment the receptionist went out of her way to make it possible for us to be seen. Then on meeting Joe we couldn’t have had a better experience he was very welcoming and went over and beyond to cater to all of our needs with our car selection.
