Paper republic is a company I find myself constantly returning to for their outstanding products and excellent customer care.
They respond swiftly and constantly put customers needs first, I adore their products, and when I have made a mistake with orders they have swiftly set it right.
Cannot praise enough!

The product is great - the issue isn’t took a LONG time for it to arrive - I was not expecting that.

Waited for a long time, and they me wrong color, and sent with another persons initials even though I didn’t ask for embossing.

I love their paper - it's high quality and lovely to write on. This is one of my all time favourite brands. I've been a loyal customer for years.

Disappointed with the delay in shipping, especially with a premium product. This will stop me from buying another PR notebook or cover. The paper is nice, but not worth the wait or the cost.

Excellent service as always! The package arrived very quickly, and everything was just as I expected. I’m very satisfied.

I’m extremely happy with my Paper Republic XL journal. The quality of the leather is beautiful—it feels premium, well made, and like something that will only get better with time. I’m equally impressed with the quality of the paper used for the inserts, which makes the whole journal feel very special.

My delivery was unfortunately delayed due to staff illness and summer absences. As I was about to travel and the journal was also intended as a birthday gift, the timing was quite important to me. Once I reached out to Paper Republic, however, they were very understanding and made a real effort to work through the backlog and make sure I received my order as soon as possible. I really appreciated how they handled the situation once I contacted them.

The only thing that could have been better was the communication around the delay. I waited an additional two or three days before reaching out myself because I wasn’t sure what was happening. A proactive update explaining the circumstances and revised delivery expectations would have made the experience much smoother.

That said, I’m genuinely delighted with the journal itself and very pleased with how the team responded when I contacted them. I would definitely buy another one in the future and would happily recommend Paper Republic to others.

J’aime mes journaux de Paper republic. Pour la deuxième fois j’en ai commandé un de l’Atelier fait selon mes choix de cuir et de pochettes. Le produit final est parfait, le cuir magnifique et de qualité exceptionnelle. Pour ceux qui aime écrire, les journaux Paper republic deviendront vite des trésors!

I love everything about paper republic and specifically - my grand voyager pocket and xl. I could not decide the two so I bought both. It was one of those moments where I just knew I would love everything about it. Mainly, the elegant simplicity that offers a refined approach to “keeping it all analog” I mainly will use these for my creative writing development, notes, ideas, breaking story etc. After 1 week, I cant stop looking for stolen moments to step away and write in my notebooks.

I ordered the petrol blue a5 le portfolio and all I have to say is AMAZING!!! I can fit my full year hobonichi cousin in it without overhang. At this time I’m using the avec version so that I can add more inserts into my leather for common placing. I plan on ordering another in red, cognac, or botany green.

This is a great system that allows me to have everything in one place. My planner, reading journal, sketchbook, and my daily journal. Such a life upgrade. Love the paper quality, the design, and the entire aesthetic. It really works for me. They company is responsive and keeps you updated on the status of your order. I got the petrol blue and it is stunning!

The paper quality is superb. The only issue is with UPS. I suggest that you package the item in waterproof wrapping. It had rain the day of delivery so UPS changed date for next day which has a chance of rain. They left the package on the outside step. The vestibule was accessible by a swing door.

I recently purchased the voyager journal and it’s truly beautiful and true quality I would recommend it to anyone, i originally found out about paper republic from Owen (@itskingowen) on TikTok and I was highly inspired by Owen’s creativity using his journal.

Not only was the products and paper quality amazing but the customer service was truly the best I’ve ever received when I needed to make changes it was so simple and the team couldn’t be more helpful.

The quality is incredible and the design is superb. However, I’m not giving it a perfect score because, for the second time, shipping took nearly a month and I had to send an email to complain.

Utterly astounded by my experience with Paper Republic. I’ve made 3 orders in the last month and all have arrived swiftly before their expected delivery date. Customer care was marvellous and patient with my initial detailed questions and helpful along every step of the way. As for the journals, gosh they are so divine I had to order some for my partner immediately. We’re both in heaven. A decade of daily journaling has all lead to this pinnacle and writing has never been sweeter! You have magic recipe. Well done to all on your team !
