Please do not buy from this company!!

My partner bought it for me as a gift and it’s been a few weeks, still no sign of the item being shipped. We received no replies from the team after multiple emails! This is absolutely unacceptable customer service. I notice their social media post dates 2023, I am wondering if they are still in business?! So shady.

My girlfriend loves it! Perfect for travels and also bring to work. Reduces the amount of painkillers, success! What’s she likes the most is that she can wear it standing or walking.

As I’ve mentioned several times before, This was supposed to be gifted. Extremely disappointed and upset as I’ve not got a response or a refund, nothing at all.

Bad experience I do not received that product... you steal my money. I've been more that one month and I still don't get it

Received the product after several followups. Bought it as a gift for my wife as she suffers from severe menstrual pain and always keeps heating the water bag. Thought this product might be a relief to her but highly disappointed. The product doesn't heat or feel like 70c. In the name of massage it just vibrates like a mobile phone. Save your money and don't buy this product. Total waste of money. I hope I help save someone's money through this review.

Scam, never received the product. It has been 3 months. No support reply either.

SCAM. Do not buy. I ordered in early March and this review is being posted on May 17 and still nothing. Tracking says order accepted and thats it. Customer service is horrible. DO NOT BUY! YOU WILL REGRET!

Hello would say product from pamly really however i was left in the dark of lack of communication after i placed the order and it took over 4 weeks of the delivery and shipping process

Worst customer service. There’s no contact number just by emails. Not responding for emails either.

I received a faulty device which makes noise when operating. Tried to reach out to them number of times but no response.

Seems like a scam. Product came from China but advertised as UK.

Don’t buy this cheap quality device! Worst company ever! No 30 day money back guarantee when it comes to reality.

I ordered one of Pamly's product on February 12th 2024 and I received the product on February 29th 2024. However, the product was defective as it never charged. Upon contacting their customer service regarding this issue, they requested for a video of the product not charging which I sent to them. Their customer service then confirmed that they will issue a replacement on March 15th 2024. However, I have not received the replacement nor the tracking number till date. I've sent out about 15 emails following up, but they just don't respond. They are the worst in terms of customer service and delivery, please do not fall prey to them. I wish there was a way to give zero stars here.

Ordered 4th April. Still haven't heard from them or received anything despite getting order confirmation and contacting their non-existing supporting service 3 times...

Ive placed a order on the 3rd April but to date, there hasn't been any update regarding delivery.

Have asked pamly team twice for a status update, but received a vague reply just saying production delay without giving an eta. Very poor service

Absolutely awful! Do not order from them! Ordered items on 1st April, delivery is supposed to be between 3-5days but I have received no update. Contacted them multiple times via email, social media, etc and no response. Convinced this is a scam. Unfortunately, I did not check reviews before ordering. Still yet to receive any update whatsoever. If zero stars was an option, that is what they would deserve.

The product that they sent is not working. They asked me to send a video as a proof that it’s not working. The last time they replied to my email was March 30. No update if they will replace or refund me.

Ordered on 1st of April. Since then haven't heard any news... They don't reply, customer service does NOT even exist.
I guess I just got scammed and lost around 100 eur

Total Scam. No update on my order and cannot contact them either. Unfortunately did not read the earlier reviews and lost my money.
Their website and marketing is still running. Completely illegal.

Pamly@support doesnt work and now I realized I've got scammed. Their web site still works but actual company is dead. Dont give money to them. No way to contact with them latern on and your money is gone.
