I place my order two weeks ago, but nothing. No confirmation shipping email, nothing from customer service, and when you click on FAQs you realize the site is fake.

I have purchased 2x Lana devices on the 1st of November. Until today, there has been no update on my shipment. I have contacted them multiple times, on the website support, on their Instagram, and unfortunately I have not received a reply. This is very bad customer experience. Not even an apology for being late and recognizing the issue.
I have no idea when the items will be shipped/delivered. It has been 21 days with absolutely no update or shipment tracking service. I do not know which shipping company they are using.

SCAM BUSINESS! They advertise 3-5 days express shipping, it's been a month and I haven't received a product, refund or even an email from the customer support! DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
EDIT: they sent the product over a month after the deadline and completely ignored my request to cancel the shipment and send me my money back. The package was accepted by my neighbour in my absence, and I decided to keep it, given the absolute lack of contact with them in the last 7-8 weeks. The product is average, loud and battery is weak, not worth the money and nerves.

DO NOT ORDER!!! Honestly, this is unacceptable. I ordered and paid for a product with your company and received ZERO communication on when it's supposed to arrive, even though you claim it should come in 3-5 working days. The money has already been taken from my account, yet I've heard nothing. I've tried contacting you through your website, email, and even here on Instagram, and STILL no response. This lack of communication is beyond frustrating. I expect a resolution NOW. DON NOT ORDER!!!

Lana product broke in less than a year and no feedback
I had bought their Lana product, which did help relieve some pain with periods, but it stopped working out of the blue in less than a year, and even though it should be covered for replacement, I have sent over 4 emails to their support email listed on their website and I have received 0 response. Absolute garbage communication. There is no phone to call no nothing, only an email to which they don't even respond.

I am disappointed. There is no sign of item being shipped, and it has been 2 weeks. There was no response from the customer support email too. I think they’re scamming people. Please be careful everyone.

Have received my item. Apparently it’s not a scam. But they sure can improve on managing clients expectations and customer service response.

If i could i would have given it zero stars. I haven’t received my order and i have written several emails regarding the missing order with no answer. I am deeply disappointed and will never shop from this website again.

If anyone asked me about it i would not recommend it and even advise against ordering from you. Because this is only and only a big disappointment. Bad service and untrustworthy website.
