Having bought several cars as family from Palmer's I would never go anywhere else. We have always received a first class service.

I dealt with Matt at the Watford Citroen branch when ordering my new car.
He was friendly and helpful, and immediately put me at ease.
He went through the differences in the cars and I decided on the C3 Aircross Shine Plus.
He kept me informed all the way through the process and answered any questions I had, no matter how silly.
I collected the car a few days ago and he called me today to check how I was getting on.

I just sold my Toyota Aygo to Palmers Motors and I honestly can't believe it was that easy. Usually selling a car to someone is a headache, but Dan, one of the managers, made the process so easy and straight-forward. Very friendly and knowledgeable, I will definitely recommend Palmers.

Purchased Alfa giulia in august 23. Broke down in october and repaired. Broke down again in November and advised 1st date available 3 weeks away but no courtesy car available till January. Although yellow warning light showing they would not keep on premises. Sales very friendly but service department quite hostile. Be warned !!!!

I picked up my new car today and dealt with sales advisor Damian. I don’t usually review but I can honestly say the service was amazing - due to buying an electric car and it being my first one I was unsure on a few particulars and Damian really took the time to clear that up for me, he provided a tour of my new car and explained everything in great detail. The transaction was smooth and he kept in regular contact with updates. So if thinking of buying a car this guy is your man. Thank you 🙏

Just purchased a new Fiat 500 Mark Freeman was more than helpful as l had problems with my insurance which they sorted out for me, absolutely highly recommended Palmers Hemel Hempstead garage and love my new Fiat.

Terrible experience with MG Hemel, in particular Faizan Ziyard in Sales who is clueless and a liar. Thankfully for him his lies and incompetence was backed up by his alleged manager, Herin Shah. Don’t attempt to buy a vehicle from these people as they are clueless and move the goal posts consistently throughout the process of what should be a fairly simple transaction - buying a car!
Avoid Faizan and MG at all costs. You will regret it otherwise!

Stay Away Everyone! They tell more lies than a politician. The salesman is Faizan and the manager is Hiren (not sure if I have spelt that correctly).

At first we were delighted and signed-up on the day with £500 deposit and 0% finance on a new MG4. But then things turned sour. "your car will be ready early next week" .... "the ceramic paint treatment is now done"...."the car is having it's PDI now" ... "the car won't be ready until Thursday, I'll call you" no call ..."ah, the car has a safety recall and needs software updating, and that takes a long time" the alarm bells were well and truly ringing in my head, so I asked them to confirm if the car is definitely the latest model with 18" wheels and white roof... ."yes, 100% it is the latest car" ... "your car can't be ready in time for you but I can get another one that can be ready" ... "it's got a black roof and 17" wheels" ... I replied 'no' we want the latest version, the one we ordered ... "you can't have that, we haven't got one" ... where is the car I've bought? ..."it's in the compound" ... so it's not even been in the workshop to get ready? .."we can get it here today and get it ready. It has 17inch wheels and black roof"... but that's not what I bought! ... "did you ask at the time you paid the deposit? it is the 2023 model, it was manufactured in May 2023" ... The end of the story is there was only ever one car, it is the older model. They never took it to the workshop to prepare it nor did they mention it is the older model at the time of paying. They misled us then lied and lied and lied.

We cancelled the deal and went to Glyn Hopkin, Milton Keynes. The experience with Jude was a delight and the deal done on a new MG4 without any hassle.

The experience I had with Palmers, Walford, today could not have been better! There was a problem with my tyres and I phoned up in the morning and was dealt with great courtesy by Nick, who suggested a time I should come in. I visited and Nick recognised me from the call, before the issue was dealt with and the situation with my tyres was explained by another member of staff, who was also extremely polite and knowledgeable. My thanks go to the Palmers team for their excellent service.

Contacted them via the contact page on their website, was rung back within 30 minutes by a car salesman. I explained I wanted to talk to the Mitsubishi service desk. I was told they’d ring me back within an hour. I’m still waiting two days later.

We bought a wonderful Nissan Juke from Palmers MG this week and the service we received from Sean Williams was excellent. He helped us every step of the way with making our first online car purchase into an easy transaction. Sean also assisted us with taxing the car and he gave us excellent advice regarding the insurance and MOT and he was available to help us whenever we called him.
