I bought a few different gifts. Prices were good, the quality of gifts were unexpectedly high (I was expecting them to be a bit cheapo but they were actually pretty classy!) and delivery time was quick.

I am so sorry you are dissatisfied with your purchase of Paladone products. If you have not purchased the items direct from us, the first place you should go to obtain a refund/replacement is the company who sold it to you. Usually, if you provide the retailer with a receipt and the faulty product, they will reimburse you as long as you are within their usual returns period.

Sorry you were unable to purchase from us - they've been hugely popular and were all bought by our lovely retail partners. We actually made tens of thousands of these items, but as I said, they sold out very quickly!
I've checked eBay and you'll find them for exactly the same price, with free post and packaging.
Personally I think it's a bit mean to write us a bad review for making a great product that is selling incredibly well, but you're completely entitled to that opinion! If you fancy changing or removing your review, that be great, but either way, we hope you enjoy your Icon Lights!

two miss ships. Not once but twice
Sucks you have to give them one star because they don’t even deserve that.
Ordered two “friends” mugs from this worthless company and got two Harry Potter mugs. The sticker on the mug box even had friends on it. Ordered the second one because I thought surely they couldn’t be that stupid to miss ship another one. Low and behold, they did.
This business will probably go under in 2020 seeing they don’t double check or even care about their customers.
Must be nice having a business and not giving a $hit

Mandys Communication was amazing and one of the best responses I have ever received.

Delivery late and wrong
I ordered a VW camper van water bottle with a delivery of 3-5 days, it hadn’t arrived in 8 days so I contacted Paladone directly.
I spoke to an extremely helpful customers services representative who apologised and would locate a bottle and ship it.
The package arrived on the 13th January and consisted of a VW mug and Star Wars bottle????
Not sending back just giving away and will source elsewhere.
