I never received my order, worst of all I had no response to my emails or text messages.
The websites now been shut down, but they should communicate and provide refunds.
I’ve disputed with my card provider now to receive my money back.

The company never replied to my email.

Absolutely awful. Items never arrived. Company haven't replied to my emails, I've had no communication at all. They took my money and that was that.
Avoid at all costs.

I've ordered from this store twice before with no issues but, like the other recent reviewers, I've not received my order. My emails were ignored. I texted the number given on responses here and was told it would be dispatched the next day but it still hasn't arrived and it has now missed the birthday despite being ordered more than a month ago.

Ordered on the 17th April and was hoping for delivery before 4th May. Messeged them on the 24th April, just to see where we were up too and was told they would dispatch next day. Messaged on the 8th May as the courier tracking said they hadn't even received it yet and I asked for a refund. I was told I would receive one, still waiting on that as well. I will get my money back, there is enough reviews to involve trading standards. Such a shame I have ordered 3 times from these previously off etsy and they have been great. Won't use again!

Order hasn't come and no answer has been received from the two emails I sent. Wanted tobput my son in a mama's boy sweater for mothers day but couldn't do due my order not being received. Really disappointed at the lack of communication and I wish I had checked here first before ordering.

Well considering it's been over a month since I ordered and I don't have my item or any update I'm really unhappy.

I ordered a personalised cushion on 19th Feb 2025 and to date have not received it. I have sent an email to request an update which has had no response. Very disappointing and I will be expecting a full refund if no communication is received in the next few days!

Ordered and other than the confirmation had heard nothing. Chased. Nothing. And now having read other people's experiences i'm regretting having used this site....

My nephews loved these prints. This seller provides excellent customer service. I initially received the pictures without the quotes. When I notified Sparkletots of the error I received replacements very quickly. I would definately shop here again and highly recommend both product and service.

I ordered my item on 9th August. I have not received any correspondence from this company and my emails seeking an update on the order and my latter email seeking a refund has gone unanswered.

Very disappointing as I had ordered my son some pyjamas for his 1st birthday, which is a special occasion and now haven’t been able to order him the same elsewhere as it’s too close to his birthday.

Do not use this company!!

Update:- despite being told below that a refund has been given, I received an email last night to say my order has been cancelled but no refund has yet been given!! Again, very disappointing and I would definitely not recommend this company. They only responded once I posted a negative review on here. Terrible customer service.

I placed my order on July 7th, 2024. As of today, I still have not receiver ANYTHING, I have sent numerous email requesting about my order and have not received one single reply. The baby was a newborn, right now it sure is almost 2 months old. The clothing will not fit.
I'm Deeply, deeply disappointed, dissatisfied and I don't even want the clothes anymore. I WANT A FULL REFUND. Not that I will ever get a reply out of your customer service.
Update:FYI, no refund has been received (September 2nd)
