Order cancelled over 20days after order placed
Ordered before xmas and got a email notification just before Christmas (a few days after order) to state they was closing down and wouldn't be processing my order until after xmas. This was convenient as this left me little time to order with someone else for xmas so i left the order and let my partner know their present was going to be late. Xmas came, new year came and nothing and then 5th of Jan and after me chasing I received an email to say they had cancelled my order. Now after I emailed them saying that I would report them they are now saying to reorder as they can now fulfil my order only 24hrs after cancelling.

We had a message on our website before Christmas to say we were closed for Christmas. They placed the order after our Christmas closure. When we started back to work this week we had been told the supplies we needed to process the order were delayed and so we proceeded to cancel the order as I did not want the customer waiting any longer. The supplies we needed to process the order arrived in the very next day after we had cancelled the order. The customer received a full refund and an apology.
Delivery didn’t arrive & non-responsive
Order has still not arrived three weeks after I ordered it. My daughter’s birthday was yesterday so I’ve no use for the order anymore. I even emailed two weeks ago to follow up and got no response. Do not order from them!
Website says international orders take an average of 1-2 weeks. It’s been 3 weeks and I’m still awaiting the package

Hello, Sorry for the delay responding to your email. We have took 2 weeks off work over Christmas. This information is on our website. I can see your order was dispatched on the 16th of December. 4 working days after ordering. The estimated time for international deliveries is 7-11 working days and with the bank holidays over Christmas - this is currently 9 delivery days since posting. Hopefully the order will arrive in the next couple of days. Kind regards Aimee

I bought two garments for a 1st Birthday
I bought a vest and babygrow for my baby’s first birthday. I received it within good time and it is such good quality prints, I am so happy with them. I found the website a little tricky to manoeuvre but I managed to get there in the end.
