Fab gift ideas

Really good website and they have a good selection of goods which my son loves so great for quality gift ideas. My order showed up within a week of ordering, delivered by hermes during CV-19. Dropped a star as the ordering system didn't send me a confirmation email (not sure if that's a side effect of using paypal?) and one of the item's gift box was squashed in the corners.

Got there eventually

Thanks to leaving an original negative review they did sort out an order gone wrong, after ignoring a polite email from me asking for the 2nd half of my order. But all is sorted now, they got there in the end and did honour a mistake on their end rather than just say sorry that was an error so the 4 stars is for that, as many companies simple apologise and leave it at that.

Amazing company for gifts!

Staff at this company are amazing, very helpful when needed and courteous too. The products are really good quality and are delivered quickly too. My customers love Paladone products and I love all the new ranges that are coming out.

Can’t contact customer service online invalid number if your from Australia apparently!

I was very disappointed when I received…

I was very disappointed when I received my package. It was a gift for my daughter and the product was crushed and the package was torn. I reached out to the shipping company and never received an answer. I was not able to find a contact number to contact someone in customer service so I am stuck with a birthday gift that I was not able to give because of the condition that it arrived in.
