There is hundreds of Pagani Design sellers in every country, everywhere online, most of them buy from the same factory in China and all will have different order numbers, all different and based on type of website and plugins they use for selling. I have never ever heard of that website, how did you find it? advertisement? I took a look on the website and I got to say it does look good. If it's real or not I can't say though, reviews do look real. But they are also pretty expensive. One problem we sometimes have is people using the wrong email and we can't contact them. Try to contact them with a different email. I am sorry for everyone who get a bad product, no help or no product at all. Only advice is to check around the net, google and see what people are saying about the website you want to buy from. :/

Evitez ABSOLUMENT cette marque, il s'agit d'une escroquerie.

This is getting ridiculous. Again someone who is not our customer buy from a fake website and blame us. "No orders found", you are not in our database. Stop buying from the fake sites!!!!!

The order was confirmed as order nr2821.

Great value
These watches are great value for money. Sapphire crystal, NH35 movement for around 100 dollars - you won't find that anywhere else. The customer service was fine too, they always responded to me in a timely manner, even around Christmas.

Not a fan of homage watches BUT
I'm not a huge fan of homage watches, but I couldn't resist a PD Daytona - this watch is stunning for the price. Just don't compare a 90 usd watch to a Rolex, and you'll be happy with it. Sapphire crystal, vk63, 10atm, screw down crown - great deal.

the customer service and contact is very amazingly poor .. no one answered me either by watsapp or facebook from their direct links in the website .. 6 days now and still no update .. i would not recommend such unprofessional team

It's funny though since we don't have whatsapp and never will have. If you had actually used our contact or support mail you would have gotten an answer. 6 days after your order you started complaining. That's amazing in itself since you already had the tracking. You think free shipping from China takes less than 6 days? We wanted to use Trustpilot because we want to be transparent. Our first review was yours and it showed us that trustpilot can be manipulated and is very unjust. There is no trust in it from our perspective so we stopped using it. But somehow we cant get away from it and are stuck with people giving us negative feedback even if they are not even our customers. Pretty bad situation if you ask me!!

I ordered a watch from Pagani Design recently and, while it seemed like shipping and delivery were a bit slower than I might have expected, the watch did deliver successfully and without incident, so I am pleased over all.

You bought a watch strap from us on January 24th. It has only gone 9 days. It is still in transit. We sell these straps with 0 profit, which means we loose money on them. We do it for customer care. And yet, for no reason whatsoever, you are able to give us a 1 star. that is truly mean!!
