Ondanks ik wel 2 en een halve week moest wachten, kreeg ik een mooi doosje, met een net horloge. Ook kreeg ik er een poetsdoekje bij, een verstelsleuteltje en een garantie kaart. Wel stond er dat ik mijn pakketje binnen 5 werkdagen kreeg, maar ik moest 2 en een halve week wachten, ik kreeg er wel heel wat moois voor terug!

Il venditore, estremamente disponibile e professionale, mi ha subito proposto la restituzione a loro spese, senza battere ciglio. Ho invece accettato una proposta vantaggiosa per un secondo acquisto. Gli orologi sono davvero belli, ben rifiniti e di ottima qualità. Nonostante l'inconveniente iniziale, sono molto soddisfatto sia del prodotto che del servizio clienti. Consigliato!

It went seamlessly despite a small hiccup: my package was sent back to Pagani and never made it out of China. It was resent and promptly arrived safely a few days later, great reaction from the customer service team
The watch is really good, it's an amazing quality for the price. The bracelet is also comfortable despite what I read online.

Il giorno 05.09.25 ho fatto un ordine di un orologio Pagani Design con consegna prevista fra 7-10 giorni, ad oggi 24.09.25 non ho ancora ricevuto nulla e non so nemmeno con quale corriere è stato spedito.

Katastrophale Widerufs- bzw- Rücksende-Policy. Man muss Englisch können oder DeepL bemühen, man kommuniziert mit jmd. in USA offensichtlich. Hatte 2 Uhren zur Ansicht bestellt, wollte beide zurückschicken. Erst mal kommt eine Mail, mit der Frage, ob ich wirklich zurücksenden will, sie
würden 20 % Rabatt anbieten. Also nochmal, ja, bitte zurückschicken. Er gab mir eine Adresse in Deutschland. Ich bat um frankiertes Rücksendeticket, wie ich es in den AGB gelesen hatte. Das ginge nicht in meinem Fall. Erste Rückfrage warum nicht, beantwortet dass es
mein Fall nicht zulässt. 2. Rückfrage, was ist mein Fall, Antwort es geht nicht in meinem Fall. 3. Frage was denn meinen Fall so besonders macht, Antwort ich will mehr als einen Artikel zurückschicken. Und meine Frage deutet auf mißbräuchliche Verwendung des
Widerrufsrechts hin. Hä, es gibt ja keinen Pagani-Laden, wie will ich denn ohne zur Ansicht zu bestellen etwas kaufen? Insbesondere eine Uhr....Mittlerweile steht es so in den AGB...... Es geht mir nicht um die Tatsache, die Rücksendung zu bezahlen, sondern um die
Behandlung und Hinhaltetaktik. Immer schön zwei Tage Abstand mit den Antworten, so dass ich die Rücksendung beinahe nicht fristgerecht geschafft hätte, denn in einer der vielen englischen Mails stand ein Datum bis wann ich zurückgesendet haben muss.
Ich hab zum Glück mit Sendungsverfolgung zurückgeschickt, denn dann wollte er, auf meine Nachfrage, wann die Erstattung erfolgt, noch die Tracking Nr. um die Erstattung durchführen zu können. Offensichtlich kann das Rücksendelager in Deutschland
keine Rückerstattung auslösen, nur der Ami mit der Tracking-Nr. Gesagt wurde das vorher aber nicht!!Die Uhren selbst sehen billig aus, das Metall glänzt zu sehr, die Fotos beschönigen das, in einem Fall hat die Angabe des Gehäusedurchmessers nicht gestimmt. Das Saphirglas scheint ein Pluspunkt, ist aber schlecht entspiegelt, läßt die Uhr billig aussehen und ist auch nicht praktikabel. Betrifft nicht alle
Modelle, mein Bruder hat welche, die sind ganz gut. Die Erstattung erfolgte nun nach Zusenden der Tracking-Nr. aber schnell (Paypal), das muss ich fairerweise sagen. Für mich never ever über Pagani direkt. Aber auch auf die Marke hat man so keine Lust mehr

Eigentlich lief alles bisher ganz gut, dann ging an einer Uhr die Krone kaputt und das Drama begann: Ein Versandetikett konnte nicht erstellt werden, also wurde ich gebeten das Paket auf eigene Kosten nach Bremen zu schicken, Adresse gab es natürlich vom offiziellen Support.
Das Paket kam zurück...also wieder mit dem Support geschrieben, gleiches Spiel noch einmal.
Wieder kommt das Paket zurück, weil es an der Adresse keinen Namen, oder eine entsprechend beschriftete Klingel gibt.
Also: Gute Uhren, gutes Design, Seiko Uhrenwerke, aber im Falle einer Reklamation: you are f****d

Sono una truffa, non acquistate, ordine mai arrivato

J’ai acheté cette montre automatique il y a maintenant 1 an j’attendais pour mettre un commentaire de voir le fonctionnement à terme ! Incroyable elle ne retarde absolument pas, les matériaux ne se rayent pas, et il faut avouer qu’elle est canon. Tous les avis négatifs sont liés à des achats sur des sites frauduleux ou non officiels c’est dommage pour la marque. Foncez si vous voulez une montre proche jolie et fiable. Je pense en commander une autre.

Recently i purchased a watch that did not match my expectations. I contacted Pagani and as agreed i returned the watch. After they received it they did not refund me for the purchase price. Also after a number of mails they did not pay the purchase price back. They acknowledged to have received my returned watch but no refund from Pagani. Then i opened a claim at PayPal for the returned watch and in the end PayPal refunded me for the purchase price.

I bought my first pagani homage speed master when it arrived the battery was flat had a new one fitted still didn’t work contacted pagani no joy what so ever that went in The bin so I bought another Daytona style well what rubbish again so i thought third time lucky bought a submariner bezel loose cyclops well out off line the only thing it kept time the quality control is a shambles tried so many times to sort out but no joy never bye any thing it’s all rubbish

Ho 3 orologi automatici Pagàni Design e sono tutti perfettamente funzionanti e precisi. I Modelli sono 2 gmt ed 1 Explorer. Comprato sia su Amazon che su Aliexpress. Mai stressati in acqua né in piscina e quindi non posso dare riscontri qualitativi sull’impermeabilità. Ho ovviamente alcuni Seiko e Citizen che non sono confrontabili ma sono molto soddisfatto per il
Rapporto qualità/prezzo.

J’ai acheté une montré hommage PAGANI DESIGN (Top Brand GMT Men) qui n’a fonctionné que pendant 16 mois. Bien qu’étant toujours à mon bras elle retarde grandement et finit par s’arrêter. Le vendeur AliExpress n’avait d’autre solution que de la jeter. J’ai contacté ensuite PAGANI Design, même punition.
Moralité, fuyez et AliExpress et PAGANI Design. Préférez les marques sérieuses (SEIKO, SWATCH,….) qui ont un vrai service après vente.

Love the watch - works fine so far and is beautiful. Seems to be high quality. Shipping was slower thatn I like when its direct. Amazon carries alot of them and they are lightening fast. Overall good!

I'm very impressed with my Pagani Design pd1676. The finish on it makes it look more expensive than it is. It's a homage to the Rolex Paul Newman had without the $180,000 price tag. I wasn't aware of the Seiko V63 movement so I took a leap and bought this. It doesn't have the stainless steel bracelet as I already have a few with that kind so I went for the leather one, very comfortable! It keeps perfect time.The price on it was £52 sterling so it wasn't breaking the bank. I would recommend anyone looking for a new watch to buy a Pagani.
