Ho acquistato un orologio Pagani circa 10 mesi fâ e tutto sembrava ok. Circa 10 gg fà - senza nessun chock nè colpo nè acqua - si è improvvisamente fermato. Ho contattato via e.mail la casa madre ed in prima istanza mi hanno consigliato di dare la carica ad un orologio al quarzo (!) dopodiché sono completamente spariti lasciandomi sbattere senza mai più rispondere. Sul sito non c’è nè numero telefonico nè indirizzo, quindi…… Sono dei disonesti

Sono belli, ma il problema che il movimento automatico dopo un anno e forse neanche smette di funzionare sarebbe meglio se li facessero a batteria almeno li puoi usare,movimento automatico dopo un anno lo puoi buttare

I forgot to 'google' before I placed the order directly with the company. Also, I did not read the return policy before I placed the order. One can say that it was my fault for not doing my own research. After receiving the product, I found that the same watch was sold through AliExpress for a much cheaper price. I wrote to the company asking for a price match and their response was "products sold on such platforms are not official Pagani Design products and do not include official warranty or after-sales support" which I totally disagreed as I bought many products on Amazon, Ebay, AliExpress, Temu etc... . The company suggested me to return but it's too much of a hassle to return as I have to pay for the postage to China and I am a bit worried I may not get my money back in full as I have already open the package.

Consiglio di non acquistare direttamente dall'azienda perché si appoggia a una distribuzione non verificata. A me è arrivato il pacco vuoto senza l'orologio acquistato e poi ti fanno sottintendere che sei tu il disonesto.
Se poi interessa proprio acquistare un orologio Pagani è meglio rivolgersi a Amazon o similari pagando qualcosa in più ma con maggiori garanzie

Ho ordinato un orologio con quadrante azzurro, ed è arrivato con quadrante blu scuro.
Ho immediatamente chiesto il reso dell'orologio e rimborso della somma pagata, per difformità rispetto alle foto pubblicate, ma mi è stato negato

I bought a Pagani watch in May and I received full tracking information. Admittedly, the delivery mechanism is a little slow but the watches do come from China.

When I received my watch, the bezel had been installed incorrectly; not the end of the world but a little frustrating.

However, one email to Pagani and everything got sorted out. I was asked to return the watch to an address in Germany (Pagani refunded the postage costs within one hour), a new watch was ordered, and I received a very gracious apology. The new watch has arrived and it is perfect. I couldn't have asked for better customer service.

Ho ricevuto adesso l orologio acquistato il 7 Maggio scorso.
L oggetto supera le mie aspettative e sembra veramente ben fatto oltre che molto bello.
Imballato magistralmente con card garanzia però non timbrata né firmata e né
completata per cui penso che sia nulla.
Con i tempi di spedizione non ci siamo, sono lunghi. Troppo lunghi.
Do 4 stelle solo per la spedizione per il resto, ripeto, sembra tutto ok.
Se qualcosa non dovrebbe andare lo scriverò in seguito.

Placed my watch order May 15 got tracking number on May 16 there as been no change to tracking information since then. All my emails have been ignored no action whatsoever. I consider this to be a scam site,avoid at all costs
I must now update my review,I received my watch on June 8 I am highly delighted with the quality and feel of the watch. However I have still not received any reply to my emails. I retract my comment SCAMMERS

Modtog et ur med Miyota værk, i stedet for det jeg bestilte - med NH35A værk.
Nu har jeg så besværet med at skrive til dem, og få det byttet, eller få pengene tilbage.
Har endnu ikke fået svar på min mail fra 20. Maj 2026.

Franchement n'achetez pas leurs montres.
Réception de la montre impossible de changer la date ,
Après les avoir contacter je devais renvoyer la montre de mes propos moyen, sachant qu'il falait encore le délai de l'envoi plus la réception et le retour .pour une montre neuve a plus de 100€ c'est inadmissible.sachant qu'elle irait a la poubelle directement,il aurait pû en n'envoyez une autre directement.
Maintenant elle ne marche plus du tout.je les ai contacté et après plusieurs échanges par mail, je ne sais pas m'en servir.j'ai plus d'une vingtaine de montre en ma possession ms bon.
Il y a d'autres marques beaucoup mieux au même prix.
Ne perdez pas votre temps.

Très bonne marque de montres hommage, très peu cher et de qualité. Mais attention où vous achetez vos montres. Il y a enorménent de fake site qui vendent des contrefaçons de très mauvaises montres. Ne blamez pas Pagani Design si vous achetez des contrefaçons à très bas prix.
J'en possède 3 depuis plusieurs années /mois et qui fonctionnent très bien.

Ordered from their website over 3 months ago. Still awaiting receipt. I've emailed several times and the response is 'shipping issues, we'll chase it up and be in touch', then don't hear anything back until I chase again. Very poor. Avoid.

Ich habe mich aufgrund von ein paar positiven Bewertungen dazu verleiten lassen eine Uhr zu bestellen.
Leider kann ich diese positiven Bewertungen nicht bestätigen.
Die Kanten des Armbands und der Schließe sind etwas scharf und daher unangenehm beim Tragen bzw. bleibt man öfters an der Kleidung hängen. Die Leuchtziffern funktionieren leider überhaupt nicht.
Das Geschenk in Form eines kostenlosen Lederarmbandes, was mir eigentlich lieber als das Metallarmband gewesen wäre, wurde nicht mitgeschickt. Auf meine Mitteilung an den Kundenservice dass dieses nicht mitgeliefert wurde, habe ich die Antwort erhalten dass man mir das bei meiner nächsten Bestellung mitschicken würde.
Da ich aber keine weitere Bestellung vornehmen möchte und man mir das Lederarmband doch bitte so nachschicken soll, wurde abgelehnt.
Für mich war das mitunter ein Grund warum ich diese Uhr bestellt habe.
So geht das nicht und halte ich für Bauernfängerei......
Schade dass man bei den Internetshops doch immer wieder reinfällt.
Daher nur zwei Sterne.

Im Oktober letzten Jahres habe ich die PD-1772 erworben, welche ich wunderschön finde. Nach einer Woche tragen habe ich festgestellt, dass die Uhr innerhalb von 5 Tagen knapp 5 Minuten vorgeht. Nach einer Weile in der die Automatik leer wurde, habe ich die Uhr wieder aufgezogen und festgestellt, dass der Fehler nach wie vor besteht. Innerhalb von 5 Tagen geht die Uhr kanpp fünf Minuten vor.
Dies habe ich bei Pagani Design reklamiert und angeboten bekommen die Uhr an eine Adresse in Deutschland zu schicken, nach dortigem Eingang wird mir ein Ersatz geschickt. Den Versand habe ich auf EIGENE Kosten mit DHL Express vorgenommen.
Pagani Design hat mir keinen Versand angeboten wie in der Garantie genannt.
Nach einer Weile habe ich dann die Info bekommen, dass die Uhr ausverkauft ist und ich mir ein anderes Modell aussuchen soll. Ich habe darauf verwiesen, dass ich aber dieses Modell haben möchte und um Rücksendung gebeten, bzw. im Rahmen der versprochenen 3-Jahres Garantie um Reparatur (Justierung) des Uhwerk gebeten. Hierzu habe ich nichts gehört ausser heute die Info, dass ich die gleiche Uhr nicht mehr bekommen kann.
Ich finde es sehr enttäuschend, dass die versprochene 3 Jahresgarantie (Umtausch resp. Reparatur sowie Versand auf Kosten Pagani Design) nicht eingehalten wird.
Ein anderes Modell kommt aktuell nicht in Frage da die einzige die mir gefällt, die PD-1701, bereits in meinem Besitz ist.
Ich bin ratlos wie ich mit Pagani Design in diesem Fall weiter umgehen soll da das Garantieversprechen nicht eingehalten wird.

Hello, my experience was pretty good. Only thing i want to point out is the shipping. I had it delivered in 25 days. That was the only bad thing i had to deal with. For this price the quality is insane. I really love the watch.

I’m very frustrated with my recent order. I ordered a watch and did not receive it. The delivery date past with no updates. It was impossible to get a response from this company all emails were ignored. The customer service number was not recognised. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
