J'ai acheté il y a dix jours une montre pour le noël de mon papa sur paganistore.com . Jai payé des frais de ports supplémentaire pour qu'elle arrive entre 1 à 5jours après. A ce jour je n'ai toujours pas de nouvelles et je n'arrive pas les contacter.
Je viens de lire les avis, j'ai peur que le site soit une arnaque.
Pouvez vous nous dire quel est votre site officiel puisqu'il a l'air d'avoir des sites frauduleux....

E' da più di un mese che ho ordinato un orologio e non mi viene consegnato nonostante l'importo sia stato già prelevato dalla mia carta. Ho scritto più volte all'indirizzo supporto clienti di Paganidesignstore e direttamente sulla chat presente sul sito ma dopo una prima risposta non mi rispondono più. A questo punto dubito fortemente di ricevere mai né il prodotto né il rimborso
Il 31.01.2024 ho ricevuto il rimborso, anche se non si è capito perchè non hanno risposto alle numerose mail di richiesta spiegazioni e, come ha scritto l'altro utente su trustpilot, non hanno mai inviato l'orologio inviato.

I’ve bought a few Pagani Design watches. They are all FANTASTIC quality for the price. Even if they were double the price it would still be great value. Many have Seiko NH35A movements and other decent quality automatic movements, with 316L stainless steel cases and bracelets. The watches are great, the finish is amazing at this price point. What you have to beware of, like with most products in this world, there are GREAT sellers out there and there are scammers! You could buy a dodgy Rolex from a scammer, that doesn’t make Rolex bad! Do your research and buy from a seller who has substantial good ratings! Pagani watches are incredible for the money! I have a Rolex Submariner… I question if it’s really worth £14k when I compare it to the Pagani! Obviously it’s way better quality inside and out, but at a glance, most people won’t know the difference just by the look. Pagani are well worth it, just find a good seller!

Confermo in pieno una recensione precedente relativa al Pagani Design PD 1733: È il mio primo Pagani Design che acquisto, preso su Amazon.it: quadrante di un turchese meraviglioso, ottime rifiniture, vetro zaffiro, buon bracciale rastremato. Insomma: un Hommage del Rolex Milgauss eccezionale! Il movimento automatico è un Seiko NH35a (ne ho svariati), e posso tranquillamente dire che, se ben regolato (dalla casa o personalmente), arriva ad offrire un accuratezza di +/- 2 sec/g, in piene specifiche COSC! Per un calibro da 50 euro (una pietra miliare che ha letteralmente cambiato il mercato dell'orologeria meccanica da almeno 10 anni a questa parte), è un prodotto super! Orologio da prendere ad occhi chiusi (per poi aprirli una volta al polso!). La Pagani Design sta offrendo prodotti sempre più raffinati! Un solo piccolo problema, sta nel cambio cinturino in autonomia, dato che ne ho due in pelle (un Morellato arancione e un turchese tiffany) che vorrei montare... Comunque un orologio da tenere una vita!

Placed an order on paganidesignstore.com without checking trustpilot first (I was stupid, I know) and paid extra for express shipping. On the platform it says it has been shipped 7 days ago, but provided no tracking number or carrier. It should have definitely arrived until today. I contacted them asking for a tracking number and carrier, then got a reply from a chat bot probably, who said I will receive it in few days. After a second mail, no reply. Absolutely avoid these scammers!

The below reply is the exact type of response is exactly what I get from their support from the main website that is registered to this trust pilot account, even the same e-mail address.

So don't pretend I bought it from a dealer like AliExpress, I bought it directly at the source the email address replying to these emails also replied to my order.

Things he has said: shipment is on the way, we already shipped it, oh we lost it, we will send you a new one. Then they said they shipped a new one but never gave me a track and trace. Then when asking for it they suddenly send me an email my order was canceled and would be refunded, this is months and months ago, they stopped replying to my emails and never send me a single working track and trace, never send me a watch and never refunded me. They stopped replying months ago.

I ordered 07/08/2023 and today is 22/03/2024.

My order number was 10701051, paid €103,50euro and they just keep sending lengthy responses like this with no proof or track and trace or actual refund, they just keep saying they will do it.

I would advise everyone who has gone through this to make a claim with their local police and save their e-mails and replies like this with the same e-mail address pretending they are a different company. I bought the watch at this exact company registered to this exact trust pilot account and the exact same email address that replies to these reviews replied to my questions about shipping saying they already shipped it/forgot/lost it/send it again/lost it again/ canceled order/refunded but didn't do any of those things or send a working track&trace, nothing just a heap of words while keeping my money.

Absolute garbage! After watching reviews on YouTube for pagani's I decided to order one off aliexpres. I thought the specs for the price were too good to be true and they were. When it arrived I removed it from its packaging and went to undo the clasp which immediately broke and cut my finger. The braclet was definitely the worst part as it was unusuable and only fit for the bin. It broke in 2 place's at the clasp and had sharp edges. Also if you run your finger across the crystal onto the ceramic bezzle insert that also felt very sharp. After finding out it would cost me more to return it to China than what I payed for it. I decided I would keep it and store it safely in the kitchen bin. Avoid!

Al snel lieten 2 stukjes los aan de binnenkant waardoor die nu los in de wijzerplaat rondgaan.

Complete rip off. They say there watches are waterproof but they are not. My watch had water ingress after a one minute swim. And they give me no refund because they say that there 100m waterproof watch is not made for swimming. Warning Warning rip off company.

Absolutely fantastic. The watch I ordered came within two weeks. Fantastic tracking. Watch is the best homage watch I’ve ever seen this is my second pagani watch, but this is the updated model with stainless steel construction, aluminium bezel, Synthetic sapphire dial window(m AR AF Coating which is a fantastic upgrade and top SEIKO NH34 GMT automatic movement. Why spend thousands when you could have this spectacular well built watch I’m happy with my purchase thank you Pagani. I’ll be buying more

I ordered my watch back in early January and it took about 2 weeks to arrive to Norway. Happy with the watch and pagani.design

I have ordered the Pagani Day-date silver watch (paganidesignstore.com) & I'm waiting for long time almost 2 & half weeks.
Until ordering the watch, there was good response & message was very quick in Instagram. Once order confirmed there is no proper communication. Avoiding the Instagram text, no mail response either.
Very poor support. Im waiting for the order still, totally disappointing. Really worried, harden money which I wanted to buy a first watch.

Nous avons acheté en ligne sur PAGANI Luxury et il est impossible de les contacter suite à un problème avec le bracelet ...l'adresse mail qu'ils donnent ne fonctionne pas et il n'y a aucun autre moyen de les contacter !!! donc si quelqu'un de chez eux me lit merci de me dire comment vous contacter et quel SAV proposez-vous ???

Beware. I ordered the 'moonwatch' watch on 3 December 2022 from paganidesignstore.com and not shipped 4 weeks later. When I contacted the support email address listed on that website the repeated response was that it was not their store. In limbo now wondering if I'll ever receive the watch I paid for and no way to follow up or recover my money it seems.
Update: three more weeks since first review, still no moonwatch.
Update 2: 13 weeks after ordering, watch arrived. Nice watch. Be prepared to wait and put up with unsatisfactory customer service in the meantime.

Great watch for the price ! Resistant, waterproof, accurate. If Grolex could make a watch like that...

I see quite a few negative reviews from people who purchased on dodgy websites.
I bought 2 mechanical watches from Pagani's official website. I don't care much for brand as I think clients are paying a lot for marketing rather than the product itself.
I don't buy fake either if I can help it.
In the West, China got a reputation for bad quality product and there's definitely bad products coming out of China because the country became the workshop of the world.
But China is not just any country, long history and tradition, sophisticated culture and workmanship.
Remember in the 80s, Japanese and Korean products were seen as cheap in the West - it's changed now.
Same happening with China.
Long story short, Pagani Design are making good products to a western standard - watch how it's shifting - and we get top design and good mechanics without the outrageous price.
Point to improve, Pagani please invest in Quality Control as it's still here and there uneven.

Bought one off Amazon after sales service is crap don’t buy

I CONFIRM : pagani-luxury.com was a fake website mail , established in Belgium . i lost 249€ of order undelievered with this site :-( !

I am a little bit surprise that "Pagani design" which appears to be now the official web site for Europe of Pagani watches reject any support for all the people which have been frauded by this site ! Up now , any body can see in Google the pictures of "pagani-luxury.com" , even if the site is now close .

I bought two Pagani automatic watches 4 months ago and I'm delighted with them. I used to own a Rolex Datajust a few years ago, it was only worn for special occasions and spent most of its time in its box, that's no good for an mechanical watch so I sold it. My watches look similar to a Rolex Daytona but my pagani watches are cheap enough to wear for work and look nice enough to be worn out to any special event. One wasn't running on delivery but it was replaced instantly with no fuss. They look and feel like a million dollars and yet around £55.00 sterling they are a rare find and a great bargain. They haven't missed a beat, the quality is unbeatable as is the price and I would highly recommend these watches.
