New telephone system and ongoing support
Padel Services installed a new telephone system for us last year. The whole team are excellent, I particularly like the access to support and dealing with a nice team of people you know. The installation and training process was smooth and further changes we wanted to make recently have been done efficiently and are exactly what we wanted from a telephone system. Shane was our main contact for the installation and he was excellent - helpful, friendly and a great trainer for our staff. He is always available to assist with any help we need.

Our Company has just moved over to Padel, combining our telephony and broadband for the first time. The migration went very smoothly and we are delighted with the results. Amazing Support and Customer Relations

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. Our phone system went down on the Tuesday and Padel Services were installing our new system by the Thursday morning. They were amazing the whole time they were here and showed us how to use in great detail our lovely new phones. Can't say thanks enough to Shane and Andy for the whole installation. Upgrade of VoIP system
Padel provided us with an upgrade of our VoIP system from our current provider to a new iPECS system. The process and installation was seamless and the engineers were very knowledgeable and helpful and ensured all our staff were suitably trained on using the system. Would recommend.
