Paddle services has been brilliant from survey, engineering to installation.

I will 100% recommend their services.

Everything was preconfigured, and the swapout was seamless. The engineers were thorough and very friendly.

Aaron was really helpful when all our office phones went down. He was instantly working out ways to get to the bottom of it. He re-directed all of our calls to our second office so that we wouldn't miss any important calls/enquires. Brilliant service!

When our existing provider were found to be over billing us, Pas and his team were the first call we made to help. The transition was almost smooth sailing (the existing provider did not make it easy), however Padel held our hand through every step and provided clear instructions.
Their friendly service throughout is second to none and we hope this will be a long standing relationship.

Switched over to Padel from existing supplier and the installation was completed on time and the technician was professional, Friendly and explained everything clearly. The service has been reliable with excellent network performance and Fast Internet Speeds. The Aftercare Support has also been impressive with responsive customer service engineers who are easy to get in contact with and provide clear concise solutions to any and all issues. The combinations of smooth installation, dependable service and Excellent Aftercare makes this a company i would happily recommend.

Easy to deal with and very professional service, the installation was straight forward and training was provided to help us make the most of the system, its also reassuring to know there’s fast and reliable support staff at the end of the phone.

Andy and Shane did an amazing job. We previously had one of the big providers in our business, but the internet was always bad, and whenever something happened, there was no one there to help us.

Great experience with our new phone system from Padel.
We had quite a few obstacles to overcome, but thanks to such a great team of guys, and their sheer determination to handle everything quickly, clearly and with very little disruption, everything went well.
A big shout out to Aaron who assured me everything would be fine (it was!), to Andy and Shane whose professionalism shone through. Also, a big thank you to Pas, for his patience and to everyone else who helped out! The icing on the cake were the cakes! Yum! :)
