Always been very helpful when requiring anything whether it is equipment or support and always quick to respond.

We have used LM Global for nearly 3 years and we use them for our mobiles and leased line and have had no issues , when I have had a question they sorted it the same day which is a lot better than the previous provider when it taken days to come back to me !
Jane my account manager is always professional and answers the questions and if she doesn’t know she won’t fob me off she says I’m not sure but will check , which is great customer service!

Having dealt with LG Global Telecoms for may years, I felt I had to congratulate them on a second to none service they provide, no fuss professional personal touch service we all like to enjoy and at the right price.

Some of the other reviews seem to be describing a completely different company to the one I’ve been dealing with now for around a year. Our account manager and his small team are absolutely fabulous, efficient and nice to work with. I would have no hesitation in recommending them at all. Very good on price too.

We've been working with LM Global for around two years now, and the level of service they provide has been outstanding from day one.

Dealing with mobile network providers directly used to be a real headache for us, but since partnering with LM Global, that's no longer the case. They manage all the communication and delivery on our behalf, and work seamlessly alongside our internal teams — especially during mass rollouts, where they've genuinely felt like an extension of our own team rather than an external supplier.

Amazing service from LM Global, Mick did a great job for me setting up my contract. I would highly recommend and definitely use again.

LM global came in and sorted us out at short notice when we had a two router outrage that our existing provider wouldn't deal with. We get ongoing support and we can speak directly to them if we are experiencing a problem or if in fact we just want some advice. This is trhe best level of service we have had from a telecomms provider.

Stay well clear - they cannot deliver what they promise. LMG has brought our whole company to its knees twice in the last month and their account manager just gets stroppy when you complain that they don't deliver the service they agreed to provide. Inept.

We have received our mobile phones and are pleased with them; however, we were also promised that our VoIP landlines would be activated, and this has not yet been completed.

As a result, our previous phones have now been deactivated, leaving us without any communication channels apart from our mobile phones. This is causing significant disruption to our operations.

Additionally, there appears to have been a lack of communication between your teams, and IT did not attend the scheduled meeting that was arranged to resolve this issue.

As you can appreciate, we are disappointed with the service received so far and would appreciate this matter being addressed as a priority.
