Site glitches continue this past weekend and they recently increased their rollovers from 5x to 12x on bonuses. Their is no more "forum" that you can access and talk to a moderator when their customer service agents don't have a clue what you are talking about.

I've had great experiences with Ozoon, the customer service is responsive, a ton of betting markets, and deposits/withdrawals are quick and simple. The website can have a few hiccups from time to time as they transistion, but these issue are resolved pretty quickly

I recently tried to withdraw $29,000 and after my withdrawal was put into review 2 weeks later they wrote back saying my account has been closed and they will only refund my original deposits. They didn't give anything actual information about why, I'm placing bets for myself I'm not part of a group of people making bets, I'm located in Ontario, I've given all documentation required. And yet they refuse to even talk to me anymore.
Bodog use to be a good site to play on, I know lots of friends and family that had good experiences with Bodog in the past since the rebranding this sports book is nothing but criminals. Pay me the $26,000 you owe me. I will continue to post regular reviews on here until you make good.

I was told Ozoon (formally Bodog) was a safe place to bet, my father bet here 10+ years ago and they are still in business. I bet a bit more and more frequent to get through a $16800 bet through to earn my $400 deposit bonus on live tennis. I go up 14.5k and try to withdrawal. They reject my withdrawl after 24 hours. KYC email goes right to junk, after submitting they get back to me 3 days later saying my i'm under investigation. I should have checked all the one star reviews before trusting this place.
