I am filing a complaint against LuckyRebel.us regarding what I believe is a misleading promotional bonus and withdrawal restriction.
I deposited approximately $680 after accepting an $800 welcome bonus. I believed that after wagering my deposit amount and continuing to bet, my winnings would become available for withdrawal.
After wagering thousands of dollars and earning approximately $1,500 in profit at one point, I discovered that my winnings remained classified as “locked funds” due to a 20× play through requirement. Meaning I had to wager $15,000 before withdrawing. These requirement was not shown or explained anywhere unless you go through a really bad user interface website and unprofessional customer service. Despite continuing to place wagers, my locked balance did not decrease in a way that was understandable, and additional wagers appeared to continue using locked funds.
The playthrough requirement was so substantial that it became nearly impossible to satisfy without risking all of my funds. As a result, I ultimately lost my original deposit while attempting to meet the rollover requirement.
I am requesting that LuckyRebel review my account, provide a complete accounting of how my rollover was calculated, explain why my winnings remained locked, and consider refunding my deposit or otherwise resolving this matter fairly if the promotion was not adequately disclosed or was administered in a misleading manner.
Unbelievable simply scam site. Won over 15000 and tried to withdraw 900 they immediately disable account. They ask for ID w selfie and utility bill on 6/14/26 I send them documents requested on 6/14/26. Account is still disabled just getting stonewalled by customer service and kyc. Seriously insane they can just get away with just locking you out, asking for sensitive materials you give them materials then get nothing but we appreciate your patience AI slop emails. Pure scam. But the funniest thing is they're all over this site daily checking in and replying w nothing answers hahaha hilarious. They're on here taking about how their system has these reviews for all accounts, funny I bet if I lost there would be no reviews whatsoever. Absolutely a joke and theft.
Update: luckyrebel.la sees my rating here, emails me to confirm my pin and email address on file to verify my account and then states they will have update once I send this information. I do so, they send me the same copy and paste email that they know how frustrating this process is and they appreciate my patience, still account disabled. SCAM.

they confirmed I sent the documents on 6/16/26, that was Tuesday lmfao this is a joke. Lol no one asked luckyrebel.la to break down anything on Trustpilot, but you definitely could GIVE SOME TIMELINE to me via email. Nothing. Hilarious I emailed today, no reply from CS but you got time to reply here? Maybe wrap up the review. STILL SCAM.

It's now been an entire week of being locked out of my account, it's also been a week since I sent all requested documents and can't withdraw or play a dime. I've asked multiple times if I need to send anything else to expedite the process, all I get is then same copy and paste BS email. No time frame. Nothing. $15,489.17 "withdrawable" disabled. SCAM.

STILL NOTHING!! I have sent multiple and dirreeent utility bills, pics of my driver's license, and a bank statement, and it's been 11 days and my $15,489.17 still not accessible, STAY AWAY THEY'RE THIEVES

Let me start by saying I have gotten extremely lucky on this casino and they have paid smaller wins which is why they get 2 stars instead of 1 but now that I won really big, they don't want to pay.
I hit an over 900x on a $200 bet on Golden Buffalo which is amazing. That paid over $180k. I chained 4 wild multipliers in the bonus round. As lucky as that is, I have seen online people hit even more on that game including an over 40,000x hit. I didn't cheat. It's not possible to cheat as far as I know. I got lucky and I risked my own money. And it was a big risk betting $200 per spin of course.
I submitted a withdrawal of $100,000 in Litecoin which is the weekly max. Well, my withdrawal was declined and my account was disabled and they asked for ID verification. Fair enough. Any casino can ask for ID verification. I gave them everything they asked for the same day: a photo of the front and back of my driver's license, a photo of of my driver's license next to my face, and a bill dated within the last 60 days to prove address.
It has now been a week and originally the timeframe given was 24-48 hours. Now they refuse to give a timeframe which means they don't ever have to make a decision and they don't ever have to pay me.
They claim to send email updates but I have thoroughly checked my inbox AND spam folders. They didn't send any updates. I have to spend so much time everyday on their support chat talking with reps to get this resolved and I can't talk directly to anyone handling the verification.
At one point 5 days ago one of the reps said they emailed me saying the bill I sent needed to be a recurring bill like a utility bill. Well, all the utility bills are in my fiance's name but I sent another recurring bill: a property tax bill for my car from the county government. This one not only showed my new address but also had my old address that matches my ID. That was 5 days ago.
It doesn't take this long to look at documents and verify someone's identity. I have provided valid documents proving my identity and address. They are clearly stalling looking for a reason not to pay because I got so lucky. But there is no reason because I won fair and square.
Maybe this casino is safe to play at if you are betting small and don't hit anything too big but I am devastated that they refuse to pay this once-in-a-lifetime, life-changing win. I was so happy and excited. I've gambled at many online casinos before and mostly had losses and I definitely got more lucky here than anywhere else but I would have never risked my money here had I known they would do this. NEVER.

I got scammed. I had $4000+ on my account and they started voiding bets. And they placed a $2500+ bet without my approval which almost lost but i saw the bet and i cashed out 2000+ on the account. I decided to withdraw whatever $ i have left and they blocked it and disabled my account. This site doesnt want u to withdraw $. They just want you to deposit. Stay TF away!

I started with deposit 750$ and placed bet on live match, that bet lost so few days later I again deposited 750$ and placed a bet again on live even on the same team but this time I won, after the game finished and bet got drafted my account got restricted and bet voided.

Lucky rebel disabled my account an hour after I won 1300 dollars playing sports bet. Now they seized all my winnings which is basically a robbery.They told me I breached the term of services. It's been weeks and I haven't gotten the weekly bonuses I am supposed to at my rewards tier. And get this: I saw I had reached the highest tier, "Rebel", but still didn't have any deposit bonuses. I reached out to customer service to ask them about it and then, the same day, I was downgraded to the lower tier. That was fine I guess since the deposit bonuses in the rewards store are for some reason much more expensive at "Rebel" tier (something like $1,000 worth of rewards points for a single deposit bonus) even though obviously things should get better and cheaper at higher rewards tiers. But just amusing that they would downgrade my tier. Even at the lower tier which I've been at now for weeks and is still the second highest tier, these are some of the rewards I'm supposed to get at my tier:
50% and 100% Bonuses
Bonuses three times per week
Extensive Free Spins
High weekly bonuses
I am not getting ANY of those. Really disappointing to faithfully deposit money at a casino to earn higher rewards tiers and then they don't deliver. And, when you reach out to customer service on chat, they just say bonuses aren't guaranteed. But THEY ARE GUARANTEED. They have it in writing that I get those bonuses. That's a guarantee. I deposited and claimed a bonus to play the game "Burning Cash 243". It is NOT listed in their list of games that aren't bonus eligible. I played without seeing that my balance didn't include the bonus. When I realized my bonus was not in play, I check and, additionally, my play did NOT contribute to rollover. I reached out via chat to tell them of the issue. They said that they escalated it. That was over 2 weeks ago. I never heard back. So, I emailed customer service and I never heard back. Finally, I emailed their Dispute Resolution and I still never heard back. Dispute resolution is the last resort and they are supposed to take complaints seriously.
They get 2 stars instead of 1 because they have good software but zero customer service.
Also, I noticed another person's review complaining that they are not getting the promised 2 weekly bonuses. I am experiencing the same. They have some in the rewards store available for purchase but that's not the same thing and they do cost a ton of rewards points so I don't have access to the bonuses as promised. They said 2 bonuses weekly meaning I would be granted the bonuses weekly, not 2 bonuses weekly in rewards store available for purchase if you earn a ton of rewards points which the vast majority of people won't so, if you sign up and deposit and play and earn a higher rewards tier, don't expect the promised bonuses. They don't give them.
It seems the only way to get answers from them are to leave reviews here. Don't expect customer service or dispute resolution to ever respond. They don't.

Do yourself a favor a stay far away from this casino. I don't believe the game play is fair and their transaction histories make me wonder is there isn't something more sinister at play. Also, every time I try to chat, they want me to give them my pin and every time so far, they have told me my pin is incorrect. Then they ask for all kinds of info that doesn't seem relative. Strange thing...no questions are asked when making a deposit. Today I decided to close my account and have been waiting for over an hour to get someone to chat with me. Initial prompt in chat says how can I help you. So I type in "I want some talk to someone about my account" and I sit some more, timing out at least 2 more times. So then I type "I would like to close my account, can you help me with that?" and instead of a customer rep coming into the chat, I get "Your account has been disabled. Please contact customer service" Now I can't get even log on in order to enter chat, in order to get a final accounting and a conformation of account closure...wow, very dirty! Save your money!!

They state at certain tier levels that I get "Bonuses twice per week... 50% and 100% Bonuses". I earned that tier level playing with real money that I deposited. Classic bait and switch: the bonuses have to be purchased with a huge amount of rewards points. Therefore, if I don't have the points, I don't get the bonuses. That's not how it's stated in their rewards system. Anyone who reads that understands that I get a 50% and 100% deposit bonus each week automatically. They don't says "if you can afford it" or "in rewards store for purchase". So I reached out to customer service. The rep wouldn't accept my complaint or feedback or deliver any message to anyone that mattered. I asked repeatedly and she refused saying that there's nothing wrong and I am getting the bonuses. Finally she said I could email customer service . I did. No one ever responded of course. Can't believe I fell for their bait and switch and deposited thousands of dollars.
EDIT: followed the link they provided which I had already seen. Still doesn't mention anything about the promised bonuses needing to be purchased. Even if they change the wording (which I doubt), the point is they need to honor the wording that was given when I signed up and earned the rewards tier. Again, to earn that tier, I deposited several thousand dollars at their casino expecting that going forward, I would get a 50% and 100% deposit bonus each week. Well, I can't get them without spending rewards points worth real money. And not just a small amount of rewards points but well over $100 worth of rewards points which require gambling many thousands of dollars. When I first signed up, there were bonuses available just to be claimed plus more in the rewards store available for a small amount of points. If they would at least revert back to making them a very low amount of points, I could probably accept that but really, again, they promised them never mentioning that they would cost reward points worth hundreds of real dollars. Also, they never respond to emails and customer service doesn't allow you to give feedback or file complaints which led me to here

site is actually decent with good bonuses, will let you deposit literally any amount you want but when you go to cashout they will just shut your account down and ask for a kyc rundown of items and they will do everything possible to not verify your information in any kind of reasonable amount of time. days weeks never i dont know, but extremely unprofessional to handle the endgame like this if they want to stay sustainable
