25$ is the cost of that one star, i betted something on Valorant, the bet was settled as lose, (but result was not official) so very early settlement lol, then it was settled as win, i got the money, i could have withdraw and run away, but i didnt do since the platform is ok tier, but then later the bet was settled lose..., and some time after, settled as win, and you know what ??? it was settled lose again LOOOL, i mean, just settle it lose one time and thats all, but no they give me the money 2 time, i could have withdraw 2 times, didnt do because im a fair person, and wanted to bet again, so in the end they just play with people money and mind, even if its provider fault they dont care...
I spend a whole month on Thunderpick, i was happy, but just a day was enough to erase all that, and you earn 1 star for 25$, i will go back on Stake, they have better support at least.

This website always comes up with excuses why the bet didn't settle when I win they say you cant withdraw your winning tills you do your KYC which takes forever and after this BET ID: 37fbcbb2-c01f-4404-b144-1034552978d0 I will never use thunderpick again, I bet on a match PSG vs Bayern PSG to win and it was with an aggregate that was mentioned, guess what when the match ended and PSG did qualify they said sorry the match ended in a draw you didnt put that PSG will win only the qualification match, a true scam nobody use it.
Update May 16th: my comment was flagged by thunderpick for defamotary acts to try to hide the 1star, this is actually ridiculous that they try to do this, I seriously hope this business closes of how they act.

had a very disappointing experience with this platform.
At first, everything seemed fine. I made several deposits and withdrawals without any issues, which gave me confidence in the platform. At one point, I was asked to complete KYC verification — I fully cooperated and provided everything they requested, including a selfie with my ID, a photo holding a paper, and proof of address.
Because everything seemed legitimate, I continued using the platform. At some point, I accidentally sent a deposit through the wrong crypto network. However, they made a one-time exception and credited the funds manually, which increased my trust even more.
Later on, without any clear warning beforehand, my account was suddenly flagged and permanently closed for alleged “terms of service violations,” and my remaining balance was seized.
After fully verifying my identity and using the platform normally, this outcome feels extremely unfair and misleading. I trusted the platform based on my previous successful transactions, only to have my account closed and funds taken.
Very disappointed with how this was handled.

I contacted their live chat support to understand what happened, but the only response I received was:
“I kindly inform you that this is the best specific detail we can provide you as per our processes. Thanks for your understanding. If you have any other questions or need additional assistance, please don't hesitate to let me know.”
They only referenced clause numbers from their Terms of Service without presenting any actual evidence or explanation of what I supposedly did wrong.

VERIFICATION ISSUES!
They requested verification. On April 16, 2026, I sent the documents to the email addresses
I did not receive a response. I resent the documents on April 17, 20, and 21. On April 23, I received an email stating that they still hadn’t received my documents. In response to my sending the documents, the bookmaker sent me an automated email stating that my documents had been received and that I should wait 2–3 days. Even though I had sent them 6 times over the course of 6 days.
My email is working! Emails from one address to another are sent without any issues.
The online support on the website isn’t helpful; they don’t want to speed up the verification process. They say to resend the documents from a new email address (not the one used to create the account) and wait another 2–3 business days.

UPDATE:
After I filed a complaint on the website, miraculously, the very next day they found my documents, which they had been unable to access since April 16. They asked for additional documents—I sent them—and finally, my account was successfully verified.
The funds have been withdrawn.

My experience with thunderpick.io has been extremely negative.
First, my account was limited so that I could only place bets of up to 1 euro per match. That was already concerning, but the biggest problem came when I tried to withdraw my money. At that point, the site displayed the following message: "Your account has been suspended. Please contact Customer Support."
I contacted their live chat customer support, but I received no real help and no proper response. Right now, I cannot access my money, and I have not been given a clear explanation for why my account was suspended.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this site to anyone. Be very careful before depositing any money here.

My account got suspended after I requested a withdrawal. They are now refusing to honor my withdrawal even after I sent all the documents to prove I am the legal owner of the account.
