High maintenance!!! My husband got us these a while ago. The pairing process is a long, multi step process. After the second night my ears were sore and I can’t just put them in and go to bed because of pairing. Fast forward: wanted to try them again because my husband is on a 48 hour call shift and I want to sleep through the phone ringing. But it has been an hour of software updates, and despite that, I can’t even listen to any sounds because EVERY INDIVIDUAL SOUND requires a 15 minute update. These inconveniences should have been well oiled and figured out before launching such an expensive product. I don’t recommend, unless you’ve got loads of time to burn before needing them. When they’re in - if only using a night at a time - they are nice for noise canceling. But again, my ears were too sore to use them multiple nights in a row. They are fussy and cost me more sleep than I get from them.

My husband snores so loud that I sleep in a room on the other side of the house. Vacations are a nightmare. He snores loud enough that I can hear it through earplugs. I've tried regular earbuds, but they aren't comfortable and it's a pain to change all my phone settings so that music will play without hearing notifications for other apps.

My sleep buds are very comfortable. I don't wake up with sore ears and they stay in place even though I roll around a lot in my sleep.

I can't give 5 stars because I agree with other reviews that they don't quickly or easily connect. It usually takes me a few tries of flipping the case lid open and closed, but at most it's like 30 seconds of inconvenience.

Excellent customer support. Love the product but my dog bit one of the earbuds. I contacted customer support via email and after a few days, they sent me a single right ear bud with easy instructions how to update and pair.

An absolute game changer for a peaceful night's sleep with a partner who regularly snores. I wouldn't be without these now, and I find the gentle masking sounds comforting as well as being useful to mask the noise of snoring.

First of all the Ozlo Sleepbuds are really great and I enjoy them every night. I am suffering from tinnitus and they really helped me a lot to increase the quality of my sleep!
However, I will not go into technical details because there are enough reviews focusing on this part.
I will focus on support: When I got my Sleepbuds everything worked well at the beginning but after some time one of the sleepbuds had some connection error. I got in touch with the customer support of Ozlo and my experience was great: I got an reply to my inital question within a few hours even as it was on weekend. I got some very polite advises which I tested out. However, the advises did not solve the problem, so the customer support immidiatly offered me to swap out the whole unit. I got a ticket to send the sleepbuds back and within 2 days I received my new one! And they are perfect again!
So, all in all the customer support was great, very fast, very polite and very helpfull. I can fully recommend the Ozlo sleepbuds in every sense!!

I have tinnitus and the Ozlo sleepbuds help manage the ringing when I go to bed. I love the Bluetooth connection to Spotify and I also love the alarm feature. I travel and go camping a lot and always take my Ozlo sleepbuds with me. They are a game changer and I can't imagine trying to sleep without them.

As an Indiegogo investor in Ozlosleep Sleep Buds, I anxiously looked forward to great sleep despite my partner's snoring. I had tried other earbuds designed for sleep, but I never found them to be effective at blocking out the noise. From my first night using my Ozlo Buds and one of the many masking sounds on the app, I have slept undisturbed. The company has been very responsive when I have had a question about an update or anything else. My husband now has his own Ozlo Sleepbuds because I sleep so soundly now that I sometimes snore!

Their product is excellent. I use them every night with sleeping success. Good quality product. They stay in my ears, unlike anything else I have tried.

Amazing buds that's really helped me sleep much better than ever. Astonishing software that has functions for everything you need and more. It is pricey but worth it 100 times over for sleep.

They are fabulous. I use the Ozlo sleep buds every night to drown out the sound of my husband’s snoring. Sometimes if I can’t sleep, I switch from the ambient sounds to a podcast or music on Spotify. They are the best.

I used to own the Sleepbuds from Bose and I am very happy that Ozlo has brought a further development to the market. At first I had connection problems with my Sleepbuds, but the support responded quickly to my email on a Saturday. With the help of a firmware update, everything now works perfectly.

Have been told the replacement for my faulty sleep-buds are on their way.....yaa!

If it would work it would be such a great product. Unfortunately the right earbud is constantly producing a tinnitus sound during playback, much like an outdated transistor, opposite of relaxing experience. Not usable. Multiple people have reported the same issues on reddit.

I had high hopes for Ozlo, given its $300 price tag and premium marketing. Instead, I got a buggy, frustrating product that feels like a beta test—and a customer support experience that made it even worse.

Product Failures:
- Basic features like adjusting volume or restarting white noise require the mobile app, which is a terrible design choice for a sleep product.
- When the auto timer finishes, the earbuds disconnect entirely, forcing you to go through an absurd multi-step process (involving the case, app, and flashing LEDs) just to reconnect them in the middle of the night. This completely defeats the purpose of a sleep aid.
- After a firmware update, connectivity got even worse.

Customer Support Nightmares:
- Sent multiple emails to support—got ignored for over 24 hours despite this being a $300 device.
- When they did reply, my simple question wasn’t answered. Instead, they dumped a generic troubleshooting guide on me, making me feel like an unpaid beta tester.
- I had to guess email addresses for leadership, still no response from them after 48 hours. Seems like they don't care.
- Even after repeated follow-ups, I am in limbo waiting for a refund.

For this price, a product needs to be damn near perfect—instead, Ozlo is a frustrating, half-baked experience with terrible customer service. If this were a $79 device, I might be more forgiving. But at this price, hard pass.

1/5 stars – stay away.

I complained of static in my new Ozlo Sleepbuds and also that they are too big to fit my ear canals. Their response was to try something else in spite of a 30-day return window. I have lost confidence in this new company and all I want is to return them and to be refunded.
