I paid for a Christmas decoration in October. It arrived one month later. It is nothing like the article advertised. Cheap trash.

I placed 2 orders. One on Oct 21 2021 the other Oct 25. Sent several emails for update on shipping and always the same answer , be patient, delays due to covid. I order from lots of places and never delays like this and one thing is cargo has increased since covid therefore dont blame that. If I don't receive a confirmation that both orders have been shipped with a valid tracking number I will be contacting PayPal for a refund.

As per my several emails please provide a valid tracking number for order # 24408 and order #22841. The tracking number you provided after several requests was invalid. This is not very good customer service.

Finally received both orders, all as per pictures. They were gifts and fit perfect. I will up my review.

We placed an order on October 23, but have not even received a confirmation. We did receive a message by e-mail that a 15% discount would be given with a next purchase. A bit strange.

I ordered a shirt weeks ago- after contacting them, said shipping slowdowns- but was shipped— according to their own tracking, they’ve only PRINTED a shipping label- but apparently never mailed out!- I was hoping to outfit our (musical) group with their apparel- not now!- tomorrow filing a complaint with PayPal if it’s not on the way.— they took the fun out of their own product!

Only ordered 10 days ago but information is still saying order placed, no processing or out for delivery. No Wonder why they take so long to deliver. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered as I'm now worried that my order 17308 will not be here in time by the end of next month. I have contacted them to find out what's going on with no reply. There happy to take the money for a order mine being over £50 but not so quick to help.

There were never problems with the orders. They came all, the Hawaiian shirts have a nice style. Moreover you have a very big and interesting selection/ collection.

We ordered two items on 09/23/2021 No tracking number no notice it shipped nothing??? Our order #Order #15805 we have had no contact from them I may have to report to credit card company this is a fraud store and seek refund.

Ordered a shirt for my sons 21st birthday on Sept 20th. His b-day is Thursday. Still do not have a ship date and no one has gotten back to me when it will ship. Terrible customer service.

Almost fraudulent by design. DO NOT order anything from this company. The website / processing is setup to fail or mislead. £75 list for 3 shirts, 3 pairs of short sleeved shorts delivered, eventually. Didn’t know you could get short sleeved shorts, no me neither. Quite simply avoid, do not engage with this company. Tried to send back shorts etc, but given the run around & an offer of 50% reduction on my next order, I don’t think so!!!

I recently purchased a few items from owlsmatrix.com. One of the items was purchased by mistake and after speaking with them they were kind enough to let me make an exchange and to even keep the mistaken order rather than sending it back. They are an excellent company to do business with and I would recommend them to anyone looking for good quality merchandise.

Finally, after numerous backwards and forwards emails buying time and telling me to be patient, I received the three shirts I ordered.

It’s interesting to note that the company the shirts came from
is actually ‘Hangzhou Cailian Tech Co., Ltd’ which is based in China.
Google it and have a read!

Why don’t they tell you that on their website in the first place? Explains the lengthy delays.

The quality of the shirts is not that great, in that it is very thin material, and the colours are not as vibrant as what’s shown on their web page. Lucky I went up a size when I ordered them!
You get what you paid for I guess but I will definitely not be purchasing anything ever again with this company.
Who needs the drama during these difficult times?!

100% scam and DO NOT stand behind their products at all

I ordered a shirt for my husband on august 25th, 2021 for his birthday on September 16, 2021. It has been three weeks and not shirt and no gift for his birthday today. Very upset and disappointed. Order #12109.

Purchased a hawaii shirt from this company. Took 3 to 4 weeks to come.
However the product is fantastic quality and design great. I certainly will purchase again now that ive received it.

I ordered a shirt 2 months ago and have not heard anything from them at all. Very pissed!

I would refuse to have anything to do with this so-called company.
They have no control over ethics & morality.
They have, for example, taken a friend's design without permission, so you can expect to have to pay heavy damages.

Purchased a car windshield sunshade from them. When they shipped it was folded it in half lengthwise, then rolled it up very tightly and stuffed it in a small plastic bag. The plastic bag offered no protection from getting crushed in shipping. Sunshade was damaged so bad from creasing and wrinkling it was like trying to stand a wrinkled up limp bath towel in my windshield. I asked if they could send me a replacement that had not been folded in half before shipping, they said their supplier said no. Next I asked to return it for a refund, because it was useless to me in condition I received it. After going the rounds for about 2 weeks, and finally complaining to PayPal, They did offer to issue a refund IF I shipped the sunshade back at my expense. (return shipping to London would have been more than I paid for the item) I shouldn't have to pay return shipping for something that was caused by their supplier being too cheap to properly pack a item before it is shipped. Update. 8/28/21 In all fairness to the company they did finally issue me a refund without requiring me to return the item to London. I upgraded them from 1 star to 3.

We've been fighting with this company (and Sunnytees, their parent company) for over a year now, to get our stolen artwork taken down from the site. Many things on Owlsmatrix are blatantly stolen. E-mails are completely ignored, as are our legal standings. We're continuing to fight this, however customers should be aware of what's actually going on.

I ordered 1 of the Sportscar shirts...got it in Canada in 20 days...ordered an xl and it fits perfect...love it...ordering the guitar shirt now...great stuff...love it and tks
