I ordered a gift for my husband on 11/7/21. I missed an email in my spam confirming the which order was my first problem. After hearing nothing else, a couple days ago I decided to investigate the situation. I was able to message them on their site and received an answer the same day but it was a bit vague. I asked for clarification and quickly received an expected delivery date of Dec 1. It has arrived and I excitedly await my husbands response. It took longer than I expected but was delivered and I am happy. Would definitely shop here again with the understanding that delivery will be longer than I typically expect! Happy holidays all!

Avoid this company they do not supply the goods or respond to contact. See below the same message every time someone complains. I ordered a shirt at the start of November ORDER #29721. Zero stars.

AVOID!!! Came across their website and ordered 2 jumpers, sent emails to them have had no response. Registered 'Limited' company in U.K?? Should be closed down in my opinion after reading all of the problems with this company, I paid via Paypal so will open a case now. Don't waste your time effort or money

Very poor communication from this company. No contact from them since order was received by them over 3 weeks ago. Only further adds. I ordered a shirt which shouldn't take this long to process and send out. Not dealing with them again.

I ordered 2 sewing decorations for my friends tree and I am absolutely fuming.
They look like 3d on website but when arrived it is a sticker on a piece of plastic.
I never received an order number so I can’t supply it.
Disgusted.
I will not recommend this site to anyone and would strongly recommend buying elsewhere

Ordered few weeks ago. No info. Wrote to the company several times. Only spam with sales was received.
So, seems, I just wasted my money.
Disgusting.

UPD. After that review site sent me tracking number. Pretty sure, it is wrong, because there is no info about parsel for 13 days. Support is ignoring again.

Horrendous company. Order arrived and the quality was ridiculous. Absolutely disgusting. Refund was refused since the packaging had already been thrown away. Customer service is terrible. Daylight robbery!! Posted a review on their official website and shockingly they didn’t post the review so clearly they don’t post the bad reviews.

Was told in the reply to this that if I contacted them my problem would be sorted. I did this with all the relevant information and, of course, just got ignored. Still no reply. Still no refund. Just robbers.

I wish I could give a zero-star rating for this company.

The product I ordered looks NOTHING like what was advertised. I followed their return/refund policy and was promptly told they would not accept a return or issue a refund. I even promised to pay return postage. Nope!

Buyer beware, that's all I can say.

Read the fine print and do your research.

In my opinion their claims of "no hassle returns" and "satisfaction guaranteed" is extremely misleading.

I will give them credit that their emails rejecting my request for a refund were sent to me promptly after I contacted them.

I made an order No. 34808 22.11.2021. It still hasn't been updated. Is he even alive? Where is the track number?

This is the Response I received when I ask for a refund for the product that was not what I was expecting in style or fabric! Even asking for an exchange was out of the question so I will never use this company again or give them a good review due to their Customer Service being extremely rude and out of touch with Customer courtesy! I paid for the order on November 8th, but it still has not been shipped.

I purchased two ornaments off a Facebook ad. They looked three dimensional and very cute on the ad. Should have known better and done my research. When they finally arrived instead of what I'd thought I was getting I received two small flat pieces of plastic, scratched, with a picture of what I'd seen embossed on them. Really shoddy. I asked for a refund and never heard back. Buyer beware here.

The company is refusing to issue a refund- Order #20577. They have sent a faulty product, have admitted their mistake, and are still refusing to give a refund. They are cheats and thieves and their products are poorly made and of cheap quality. Go anywhere else!

It took 3 weeks to get my order, and when it finally arrived the manufacturer had made it wrong and the items were completely unusable. I contacted them for a refund, and they apologized and said they would send out corrected versions ASAP. Two weeks later, I still have not received any notification of the corrected ones being sent, and when I emailed them to find out what was going on, they are not answering!
Completely unprofessional company, and obviously do not care about client satisfaction or quality of product.

Update: they have contacted me but needed me to remind them about their own admission of fault as they did not take the time to look into the matter properly. When I told them that I don't want a new product and want my refund, they still won't give it to me. So not only unprofessional, apparently also thieves!

Order #30796, when will it be shipped? 10 days have passed and no info about it. I need to get it before Christmas.
Today I received my order. The hoodie is ok, fits my size. The Christmas ornaments don't look the same as on the website, looks like they are photoshopped there. Also at first I was afraid that there were scratches on them but it appeared that they have protective seals on them. So when you remove those seals ornaments look quite nice but the price is a little bit high concidering that they don't look like on the website.

No shirts for weeks, no response, no support...

Now Paypal refund!

Horrendous customer experience.

I bought a couple of hawaii shirts for a christmas party. They state on their website "Order process 3-7 days, shipping world wide 10-14 days." - which means it should be a max of 21 days before I would receive it, which was plenty of time back then.

Today it is 19 days ago I made the order and the provided tracking ID is still not trackable at DAO. I doubt they have even shipped it yet, since DAO doesn't even have it registered the package for pickup.

Their email responses are short, non-informative and generally useless.. I will definitely recommend NOT buying anything at this fraudulent webshop.. I would rather buy at WISH..

I have requested a refund and if they refuse I will go through my bank and/or Shopify. I suggest others do the same, so the webshop can be shut down and not cheat other customers..

I rate one star because it is not possible to rate lower. This is a classic rip-off scheme. They show photos of a CLEARLY 3-D cat Christmas tree ornament. What you receive is a flat piece of plastic akin to a luggage tag, with a photo of the image on it. When you complain, they claim that there is a description somewhere (I couldn't find it) saying the item is a 2-D ornament, not 3-D (which the picture CLEARLY is). They won't accept returns or offer refunds for this shoddy, misrepresented item. On top of how badly misrepresented it was, the cheap, flat piece of plastic they shipped me was even all scratched up! Why can't people do business honestly instead of trying to scam people?
