I would give them zero stars but it doesn’t give you the option. Company is a scam. I can’t even get a professional email back. The person writes In Terrible English ( which is fine if you don’t speak it) but I expect a professional answer from a company not an email
That looks like a 2 year old wrote it. Very disappointed and will not recommend this company to anyone

Made a purchase, charged my credit card but I was never provided with an order number. In addition to the marketing emails I received an email yesterday:

"About package delivery status"

Dear valued customer,

Unfortunately, some packages are lost in the shipping process, maybe included yours. We are so sorry for this case. Please don't worry because we promise to send you the other one replacing as soon as we receive the report."

Not expecting a response from them and will dispute the charge with my bank.

Placed an order on Nov 25th. I have no tracking number, and when I sent them an email to get support on this, there has been no answer.... not impressed

I bought some Christmas decorations from Owls Maxtrix LTD only to find they were very different from the picture on the website. The photo shows a 3D item however, the reality is it is a flat cut out piece of clear plastic with a transfer on it. When I asked for my money back, I was declined with the comment ".....we have posted the product description on the website that all ornaments are made by acrylic, not 3D toys." I wasn't wanting them as toys. I still think it's false advertising with the photos they use. I suggested they change the photos. Such a disappointing experience.

Update - This company made the offer to supply a new shirt, and although it didn't arrive in time for Christmas Day, they did not charge me and I greatly appreciate the effort they went to to assist me. I have changed my rating from 1 star to 4 star - Thank you :-) Ordered a Christmas shirt which was well under the size they claimed. Happily they offered to send me another one at base price. Received an email 10 Dec 2021stating that sometimes products go missing and mine appears to be one of them. Once they receive "the report" they will send another one. Well that doesn't help me as it is December 10th 2021 and there is no way known they will get me my shirt before Christmas Day. A con, a scam ? who knows, we shall see, but just be aware of this group, sadly I say :-(

I ordered a Christmas shirt from here a little over one week ago and have not received any info to my email that the order has been made. I'm hoping to get the shirt before the 14th of December but looks like it might be a scam

I write here a review 6 days ago, very disappointed, and they respond telling me in no more of 3-5 days you are going to have your track number. And guess what? 6 days and nothing. I read the policy, and all the time they say to need, before sending a package it’s already pass. I need to know when are arriving all this items because are Christmas gifts and it’s little time before that.
Terrible experience!!!

I made an order No. 35975 26.11.2021. It still hasn't been updated. Where is the track number? When can I expect delivery?

ordered on the 16th of november. it is now the 7th of december, my order status simply says "unfulfilled" nothing to say its even shipped. i wanted to wear the shirt i ordered to a christmas party. unless it shows up tomorrow i wont be able to. glad i payed with paypal. this might have to go to them for a refund. even crap from wish gets delivered faster than this.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! On November 22nd I placed an order for 45 christmas ornaments for our company christmas party and advised we needed them by December 8th. I have yet to receive an email advising the product has shipped. I have emailed on Dec. 2nd and Dec. 6th, have tried calling and have texted today with no response. Our party is in 2 days and we have no ornaments for gifts to the employees.

I ordered before reading the reviews. And got worried. But my Xmas sweater got delivered within 2 weeks. Quality of the sweater as expected.

I have ordered 4 items and have been assured I will receive them by Christmas. However the order is still listed as unfulfilled. With a company in London, a US office in California but a New Jersey phone number just going to a voicemail I am very upset. Probably not going to get my items any time soon. Ordered on 11/24 and still no shipping number.

I have corresponded with my order number 35835 multiple times and still the order is unfulfilled. This company is a scam!!

I ordered from them almost 3 weeks ago and I havent heard anything from them since the purchase.
I feel bad that I didnt look up the reviews before buying, but I wanted to give my son a cool gift since he is an avid Nordic sagas enthusiast. But now I see my money gone down the drain, or not receiving any item until probably in the next year.
I have ordered other items from other sources after my Owlsmatrix order date and every single item has been delivered, but still not a single info from Owlsmatrix. That means to me that they dont put their customers first, they cut corners in services.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! you will get a bad experience.

Not reliable and poor communication. I made order 19th of November 2021 and still didn’t receive any confirmation or tracking number. I send message through website but also didn’t receive any reply. I understand that due to forthcoming holidays can be some problems due to big amount of orders but company doing business like this should be prepared because people relying on you. Do not suggest this company, waste of money as i understand.

I also have been waiting on an update and like many others, they confirmed my order then nothing! I have been waiting x3 weeks for things which are also Christmas presents.This is no way to manage a business! I want to know they will be here on time and you cannot phone anyone
