I ordered a sweater and I got the sweater after about 8 weeks, ok all good. There is Covid and disruptions to transportation. However what I got looked nothing like the advertised photo on their page. Photo on page made it look like a knitted sweater but when it arrived to me I saw it was made from the cheapest material known to man. Different fit from photo, and in general the only thing that looked the same as in the advertised photo was the print on the sweater. I contacted support but they told me basically they don't care about my views.

Very bad shopping experience.

My two Christmas ornaments arrived today, after being ordered on 12/4 as a gift for my wife. The ornaments I received were NOT what was advertised,and what they sent were nothing more than laminated photographs of the actual ornaments depicted.The ones advertised looked a lot like ones made from a ceramic mold and painted professionally. The laminate ones you sent look two dimensional and is cheaply made! I am contacting Paypal and reporting this. I have pictures of what you advertised and what you sent. I will never shop with you again.

Dispcable company. Items are THE WORST quality and comfort I have ever experienced. I have tried to liaise with them to obtain a refund but the will not give me one. This company is horrendous. DO NOT BUY OR DEAL WITH THEM!

Dreadful not what was advertised. Shocking customer service. Only gave 1 star because I had to 😡

After ordering and reading the reviews I for sure did not expect it to come. I ordered a Xmas hoodie to deliver to the UK on the 4th of December thinking do not worry about the shipping I don't need to pay for express. It has arrived today on the 24th of December.

The let down, however it is clear in the terms and conditions. These products are not off the shelf and need to be produced specifically after the order. However if I would have paid for express delivery, I would have received it much earlier.

The company is not a scam. It is legit.

Because of all the bad reviews here, I felt I needed to leave my positive experience with this company here. A few weeks ago I ordered a Christmas T-shirt. When I emailed them when I could expect it, I was answered within 24 hours in a kind way with the track and trace code and everything. Yesterday the package arrived here without any problems, so my experience is very positive. Hope this helps!

I ordered end of November. The money was taken for payment November 28th. December 3rd I first contacted customer service because the two items I ordered were Christmas gifts. Customer service ensured me I would receive both items prior to Christmas. Fast forward another week. I hadn't received any updates on shipping or fulfillment. Contacted customer service again, this time I was ensured that Monday December 13th both items would be shipped and I would receive a tracking number. December 13th I received the tracking numbers for 2 separate shipments for the two items I ordered. I waited 72 hours then attempted to track my order. Both tracking numbers had been created but nothing shipped. I contacted customer service again at this point, this was December 16th. The response was its USPS not updating try calling. Fast forward again today is 12-22-21, I finally called one item was just picked up today by a shipping partner and the other is still sitting on label created. I requested a refund due to the company continously giving me the run around. I'll take the 70 bucks back for the items, considering they refuse to ship them.

So the issue with this company is the customer service. A few days after Christmas I received both items and they were better than expected.

I made a purchase for a sweater and paid 40,98USD. They sent me the sweater by DPD post but they didn't write my contact information on package so DPD post couldn't reach me and they returned the package to the seller. I immediately contacted the seller and they said that they can't send me my order again but I can make a new one with 50% off!?? I ask them to give me my money back (40,98usd) but they refuse.

The 'ornaments' were nothing more than laminated photographs of the actual ornaments I ordered. One isn't even complete with a big piece missing. Cheap and disgusting! You should be ashamed. I will be filing a complaint with PayPal for my money back. Here is a warning to others: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Having read reviews, I was concerned about my order from November 3rd 2021. Bearing in mind all the Covid restrictions I was mildly surprised when all my ordered items arrived today (21/12/2021). Make up you own mind about this company. Good luck to others.

It's been exactly one month. Just excuses and canada post just confirmed today nothing has been shipped out.

Ordered and paid extra for a hoodie - got a flimsy shirt. Do NOT waste your money.

Ordered on 3rd Dec got email 10days later saying will ship no later than 25 days after order goes through asked for refund and told cant give a refund until order is processed and goes through (although order number is inc in email) still can't get refund or idea of when item would be shipped DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Place an order . Didn't receive it . The response from Owls Ltd was it was delivered by hermes . And proof was a black photo that showed nothing no parcel, no way to identify place of delivery . Basically they have washed there hands of it . They are not responsible at all . I would advise against using these scam artist .

I placed an order on 20th November (today is 14th December). I’ve chased it twice, both times given excuses exactly like the ones in other reviews.
I’ve asked for a refund, pretty sure I will get another excuse! I will be contacting my credit card, and Facebook where I saw the ad. Wish I’d looked for genuine reviews first!

Absolutely disgusting. Ordered a product on 17 November and have had nothing but hassles since then and no delivery. Emails saying the product will be destroyed as i had not responded to the 'contact' i never got! I will be reporting them. DO NOT buy anything from Owlsmatrix

Ordered 25th November, I had an order number confirmed and saw nothing untoward. Since then I have emailed several times regarding my order as I had received no further communication. The tracking app hasn't changed (still) and while I have been given a tracking number and a carrier when I asked, the number doesn't work and the carriers system (Hermes) won't work without a valid number. I am still hopeful that this order will arrive, but maybe I'm just allowing the Christmas spirit to blur my judgement. I'll give it one more week, if there is no delivery I'll be pulling the plug and reporting this to my card company. I would absolutely not recommend ordering anything from this seller, I am trying hard to keep the faith but it is looking more and more like a scam.

***UPDATE***
Still no movement on the app or the tracking number. Conflicting information being given via email. One day after being advised the package has arrived in the 'destination country' I receive another email saying that my order appears lost. All a bit too predictable after reading the other reviews. I have requested a refund, and had no reply, so have raised a dispute with my card issuer to get my money back.

The irony is I have provided more of an update on here than they have given me.

Much to my surprise my items arrived today! They are exactly what I ordered, and it is such a shame that the customer service caused so much unnecessary stress.

I cannot fault the the product now it has arrived. If you want to order from this company, be prepared for a long wait and for them to do everything they can to persuade you they are fraudsters. I will look elsewhere in future.
