Se vi si rompe un componente, e non avete contratto enterprise, potete sperare e aspettare che qualcuno prenda a cuore la situazione

LADRI !! CS11149634

sto scrivendo in merito al ticket CS11149634. Ho ceduto il dominio a terzi e ritenevo di aver correttamente disattivato anche l’indirizzo email associato. Successivamente ho ricevuto un avviso di pagamento per quell’indirizzo email, che non ho saldato in quanto il servizio non mi risultava più attivo. L’indirizzo è stato prontamente disattivato da loro (e questo va benissimo), ma ora mi viene comunque richiesto il pagamento di 21€, con la minaccia di un intervento da parte di Intrum per il recupero del credito. Trovo inaccettabile dover pagare per un servizio che non è stato fornito. SONO LADRI!!!

Aggiornamento dopo aver letto la loro risposta 27/05/25: hanno inviato un sollecito il 03/03/25 per una fattura emessa il 01/03/25 e l’11/03/25 hanno disattivato l’indirizzo email. Nessun preavviso come scrivono, neanche settimane come sostengono...
Oltre che ladri, sono anche bugiardi.

At OVHcloud, we make every effort to ensure that our users are informed of all deadlines, especially during renewals.

Services that have not been terminated are billed. OVHcloud cannot decide to terminate services administered by its users.
In addition, our billing system sends several reminders when services are renewed.

As the invoice was generated, the service was retained until payment is made. After several weeks of non-payment, the service was deactivated. However, the invoice remains due.

Billed me for 14k€, turns out, it was a mistake. The bill was 3€. Took 1 month to get the funds back and 1 month to get a compensation.

I've been with OVH for more than 15 years, but hey, the support and operations are really getting worse.

Tempestiva risoluzione per un rimborso

Ho contattato l'assistenza di OVH perché c'è stato un disguido nel rinnovo di un servizio e questi è stato pagato due volte. Ho acquistato dell'estensione dei Giga…

Ho acquistato dell'estensione dei Giga dell'email di posta, per errore ho fatto l'ordine due volte. Nonostante la mia repentina segnalazione, hanno rifiutato di farmi il rimborso nonostante sia impossibile da parte loro eseguire la prestazione due volte. Inoltre per attivare l'ampliamento dei giga, la procedure è super complicata, dovrei addirittura migrare la mia posta attuale. Pessimo Servizio!! Anche un pò fraudolento vista la mancata comunicazione sulle procedure di attivazione. ta85303-ovh

Peccato non sia possibile dare 0 stelle. Mai visto in vita mia un hosting così pessimo. Ogni comando che si dà dal pannello di controllo va in errore. Assolutamente sconsigliato.
Riscontro alla vostra risposta. Ho contattato l'help desk parecchie volte tramite ticket, ma non è stato risolto il problema nè mi è stato dato il rimborso dell'hosting.

mancato rimborso

La risposta di OVHcloud non mi sorprende: probabilmente è tutto affidato a qualche bot (e fatto anche male!). Non affermano nulla, non riconoscono nulla, non si scusano per le promesse non mantenute e intanto si intascano i nostri soldi. WTF!

Le cose sono molto semplici: ho scelto di trasferire un dominio presso OVHcloud perché promettevano il protocollo DNSSEC . Una volta trasferito, ho cercato di impostare DNSSEC da pannello, ma ottenevo dei messaggi di errore. Allora ho aperto un ticket al quale hanno risposto che il DNSSEC non è previsto per i domini .it. Quindi dopo qualche giorno ho trasferito nuovamente il dominio presso un altro provider che ha applicato il DNSSEC senza problemi. Oggi ho chiesto notizie sul rimborso che ritengo giustificato, ma hanno risposto con questa supercazzola: "non possiamo soddisfare la sua richiesta di rimborso per la fattura ITXXXX in quanto i servizi di dominio essendo servizi personalizzati non godono del diritto di recesso o richiesta di rimborso per rinnovi- acquisti e/o costi di trasferimento". Ovvero? Se non mantieni quanto prometti a caratteri cubitali è tutto lecito?

Di solito non scrivo recensioni ma…

Di solito non scrivo recensioni ma questa volta davvero non posso farne a meno. Un servizio così pessimo non si vedeva da anni. Finché si tratta di vendere sono tutti capaci e proattivi, con il commerciale che ti chiama e ti scrive in chat. Una volta saldato però cambia profilo e diventa ingestibile, per una migrazione di un sito e di una mail ho perso ore di chiamate con informazioni vaghe, manuali tradotti male in italiano e tanta frustrazione nel dover compensare le lacune di un provider sinceramente inutile. In tutto questo, dopo l'enorme perdita di tempo, ho chiesto un rimborso (altra cosa che non faccio mai) e mi rispondono che sono scaduti i 14gg di tempo. Direi peggio di così non poteva andare. La prossima volta prima di sottoscrivere un servizio leggerò bene le recensioni!

Spam issues

They say that sending an email from the WEBMAIL uses the sender's IP for spam checking, which means it's impossible to send any email from them and not end up as spam in specific cases like sending to iCloud. This is nonsense, I've been struggling with their support for months, and they keep relying false information. They hide their incompetence and provide a service worse than the vast average. Private IPs will ALWAYS be in blacklists, they just use shared IPs on their side to cut down costs and invent excuses to steer away customers like me.

Tell me how am I supposed to send emails from a normal dynamic IP, that will always be in blacklists by definition, and they CAN'T be removed. All other providers work, this doesn't, as plain as simple.

Sono cliente da anni, ho diversi domini registrati e tutti regolarmente pagati, e cosa fa OVH? Mi manda la lettera dal recupero crediti per 24 euro di un dominio che ho disdetto anni fa, perciò non avevo pagato questi 24 euro. Il risultato è che confermo anche io tutte le recensioni negative che OVH ha ricevuto, evidentemente meritate, e trasferisco immediatamente i miei domini da OVH ad ARUBA. Mancanza totale di assistenza, non sanno trattare con i clienti, li fanno scappare. E infatti ricevono tutte queste recensioni negative. Ottimi problem maker.

Thank you for providing the info. After reviewing the debt order, indeed the renew was made. Cancelling the services after the renew, does not quit the commitment with the payment. We remain available by ticket or phone call if you need for more details about your debt, order and invoices.
