Excellent product and service
Purchased 5 head lamps, with free Key chain light. All are brilliant both in illumination and the products.
Had an issue, got onto company: the service was prompt and good. Issue resolved.

Bought 3 of the head lamps. Original shipment did not arrive. After investigation with Aust Post they were declared lost. Othemo team sent a replacement shipment which arrived within a week. Quality product that works well and good customer focus.

I purchased these as Christmas gifts for my brother and son. They both loved them.!

Ordered 3 of these 2 of them worked as expected 1 was malfunctioning, contacted the othemo people for flawless replacement process. Highly recommend these head lights.

I had high expectations on Othemo's headlamp since I've read about "high quality, "brighter than other similar brands" and with a long-lasting battery."
However, comparing this product to a similar one bought in Sweden (for a cheaper price), I am not that impressed.

* It's actually LESS bright than my existing lamp, which is my biggest disappointment.
* I bought a 3-pack and one of the charging cables was broken which easily could have been seen in an ocular inspection - so I guess they focus on mass production with little or no focus on quality assurance. So I don't agree with their statement of offering "premium products".
*Battery life is quite bad, around 2 hours, and the light is successively becoming less bright. There is no battery indication whatsoever which is a design flaw, and when the battery all of a sudden runs out and it becomes all dark, it's not possible to turn on the lamp again! (my previous lamp allowed this so you at least could use it for a couple of additional minutes).
* Comes with a USB-C charging slot which is nice, but the slot is so narrow that if you don't use the cable which was delivered with the product, then it won't fit! (design flaw! If they would just have made the slot around 0,5mm wider, any normal USB-C cable would fit)

In summary, it's an OKAY lamp, but not more than that. If you have never tried a "wide led lamp" like these before, you would probably at first sight think it's awesome (compared to a regular headlamp), but if you start looking into the details, it comes with several drawbacks...

Its working like charm. Very usefull :) I recommend to anyone.

Well, I get 4 Defected headlamps that were not properly working.I contact othemo They respond quickly and send me 4 new headlamps. Free all charged and they're all working properly. Thank you for that.

Update: the company reached out to me independently a few days ago and offered to send replacement products for free. The new lamps are a MILLION times better, with several hours of battery life at maximum brightness, they suit my needs exactly. Shipping only took a few days this time, too. Absolute props to them for majorly upgrading the product and then client service piece. I'd absolutely recommend the new version of the head lamps.

The shipping was slow which, fine, not their fault. The product itself though is deeply unimpressive. The brightness starts to fade within half an hour of use, and dies completely within two hours.

These are great products - beautifully designed and well made. In addition, there’s great customer service to back it all up. Highly recommended.

I placed an order for 2 headlamps and 2 keychain lights. They took time to get here, due to the postal strike that we had here. When I emailed for an update, I received great customer service! The items arrived as promised, and let me tell you, they are exactly as advertised and more. Bright, reliable, and smartly designed. Thank you for making such an excellent product!

The customer service was exceptional. My package was a bit behind the date I was hoping to expect it in time for my husband's Christmas gift (my fault, I didn't realize it would be coming from UK...). When I reached out, they answered me immediately and gave me accurate information as to when the headlamp would arrive. Very friendly and easy to work with. When the headlamp arrived a few days after Christmas, it was so well-made and so, so bright, everything I had hoped for. My husband was very excited to have his new gift and I was very very pleased with both the service and the product. Definitely will order from Othemo again.

I ordered a total for gifts and my sons love them however one of them will not charge and therefore cannot be used. What can we do?

Snafu with delivery - courier left in the "safe" recycling bin with all the recycling on recycling day! Emailed the company and a replacement has arrived very quickly. It's been charged and used already and it's great, especially the hands free on/off. Would definitely recommend to a friend. Great service

I ordered the headband lights for some of my family for Christmas and started to worry when they had not arrived a few days prior. The tracking number I tried didn't work, so I emailed customer service & got a reply the next day! They took the time to research my order & tell me what day my order would arrive.
