Did not receive my order. Othemo service department....could not substantiate it was delivered except by the tracker. They went so far as to send me delivery photos...map plots that were not my house. Even told me to contact my Royal Mail office. I live in the US. What a joke. They want me to pay $10 to reship.

Find another vender.

Great communication and customer service! It is nice to be able to contact a person when you have questions about an order. Would recommend this seller!

Great product. Have used it to walk dogs at night (great to help see when clean up needed), to replace shear pins on snowblower and anywhere that extra light needed. Beats trying to fiddle with flashlight or getting out a work light.
Great customer service when first order delivery was lost as promptly resent. Very useful.

Received a headlamp for Christmas but the battery would not charge. After contacting customer service, the team began the process to get me a replacement. I received a replacement headlamp within a few days. Thank you for the quick and professional service.

The head lamp and key chain are fantastic. I had ordered three headlamps, one which was defective. After just one email from me, another headlamp was sent, no questions, no problem. Excellent product and excellent customer service!!

I bought two headlamps as Christmas gifts. On arrival one charged up perfectly the other had a faulty input port so unable to charge up. I contacted the company and a new one was dispatched without question. It has now arrived and is in good order.

Simply fantastic. Customer service was exceptional. I had a small issue with the charging port on the key fob torch, I reported it to customer support and they dispatched a replacement immediately. A really good head torch and with the sensory function to switch in and off. Tremendous.

Placed an order in October. Email in late November was responded to with a "we are looking into it". Sent another email to them in early December which was responded to by "it must be lost". I chose to re-order. The new order now has a tracking number that shows the product has a label but was not yet with the shipper 2 days later.

This company has absolutely horrible customer service!
Ordered product in November and it never did show up. They would just send tracking info and promise it would arrive. Beginning of January I requested a refund as tracking now indicated product was headed back to merchant. They make it extremely difficult for you to receive your refund. Lots of excuses and no refund! Likely a SCAM company.

Had to do a gearbox change on my daughters Yaris yesterday. It was a long day 10am to 10pm, two of us working. The Othema did not last the full day. Suggest you have one on charge when facing a long day....

I ordered a light on Dec 14 and here it is Jan 14 and I have received nothing. Just some emails saying it has shipped or what have you and when I click on the tracking, it says it’s being prepared for shipment, dated Dec 14.

This is a remarkable company to work with!!!! My headlamps, key chain light, and headlamp boxes are terrific!!!! These are wonderful gifts and the company is quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Highly recommend them. Thank you so much 😊

We purchased 4 headlamp and are very happy with them. One lamp would not charge or turn on even after doing all the suggested fixes from the help line. After the 2nd email to the company letting them know what I had done they sent out a replacement headlamp.

I love these headlamps! I ordered 5 and a free keychain. One malfunctioned and emailed customer service and the next thing I knew a replacement was delivered. I just hope all continues with light. I am not sure of battery life yet!

I purchased two headlamps but one had a faulty rubber casing. Othemo were prompt with their replies and provided a replacement, and while the units produce a bright light the hand swipe on one unit does not always function.

Excellent customer service, my order was late because of fastway couriers. The head torches are brilliant and the toolbag is perfect for the DIY enthusiast. I will be purchasing from Othemo in the future.

I'm giving this company a 5 star rating because the customer service is excellent. When I order two of the headlights one did not work properly. I email customer service and they sent me another headlight no charge. I did purchase the warranty as well. Now that I've gotten my headlight, which works beautiful, it has helped with may projects mostly with working on my car. An absolute great product and great customer service.

Fantastic headlights , light comfy and WOW bright , I'm sure I'll be seen from passing planes , great wave on and off too ,my brothers who are electricians love them, and being able to charge them so no bulky battery is brilliant , a great Christmas present
Excellent service and excellent product

Received headlight bands in a very Timely manner. Very bright and work very well . Contacted the company through with questions and was answered right away!

Reviewed these a year ago and had significant issues with batteries discharging without use and the USBC cables not fitting into the recess in the moulding for charging.

I was recently offered 3 new (free) replacement headtorches to see if my issues had been resolved. Im pleased to report the most significant and frustrating issue of the USBC cables not fitting has been vastly improved - it can still be difficult to get SOME USBC cables in if they have a larger head around the connector, however the leads out of the box work perfectly. I have also not experienced any significant issues with the torches discharging quickly when left unused.

The lights are very bright and the wide angle illuminates large areas.

Altogether a much improved experience.
