The head lamp works well, it allows me to use both my hands on a project. One down side for me is i wear glasses and the lens pick up a glare from the 230 degree light. Does anyone have any suggestion to stop this?

I initially had a bad experience with non-delivery of the product, but after following up on the complaint with the Othemo team, the issue was resolved successfully to my satisfaction.

The previous review was based upon a poor delivery company and so was unable to review headlights and must admit I have been struggling to find anything as good as these. So, I was completely taken a back by Othemo contact me and wanting to 'put things right' following my review and they certainly have exceded expectations and gone above beyond. They have make whatever improvements to the supply chain delivery aspects but also improved the design of the lights and within 7 days I am now the proud owner of the best headlights ever which have exceeded my expectations. The product is just superb and able to work with a headlight is just fantastic, the light settings are great and easy to adjust.

Othemo have clearly got a great product line and importantly also have a great customer care team who did reach out with a very kind offer and have made things right.( Please ignore my original rating 8th April).

I have no hesitation whatsoever to recommend a 5* plus rating.

These headlamps are awesome work great in the darkest
of places.Make a major to difference to be able to work hands-free in dark places. The second 5 units order took longer than the first order I think because they've sold so many of them now I'm putting them at different workstations for use as a tool. if you had questions about using these don't just buy them you'll love them.

Nice lamp it just gets to hot on your forehead, quick. The shipping is also too long. With that said I would probably pass on Othemo.

I am very please with my headlamp. I already receive great commentary from people I met in the mountain.

I had an issue with the keychain lamp that was offer as a free gift. The after sale service of Otemo is great.

Bought two of which one had a faulty on/off switch. Sent Othemo a short video showing the issue and they immediately dispatched a replacement unit. Very impressed with their after-sales service.

WOULD LOVE TO SAY I LOVE THEM I CAN SEE EVERYTHING IN MY BASEMENT AND ATTIC WHERE IT IS TOTALLY DARK!!!!! EVERYONE SHOULD HAVE ONE!!!!!!!!

Well the company has good marketing but it does take a while to get the product. However I ordered two one for the house and one for the car where I keep my tools and I use it just about every other day. Somewhere down the line I found out I could order pouches to put the headlight in so I ordered two of those and they fit very nicely.

Even though the tracking from Royal Mail showed the product was delivered to the wrong address, because it was marked as "Delivered" they refused to issue a refund. This is in their policy so if there is an issue with your delivery, they won't refund you: "We do not take any responsibilities if your order has gone missing after the Courier marks your order as Delivered."

This is my second order. I have these headlights as Christmas presents and everyone that got one was pretty happy. I ordered a second batch and will give those as gifts as well.

UPDATE: After Othemo saw my review they sent me new headlamps, from new series, FREE of charge with battery performance improved and I am delighted now! Best customer support ever and great product!
OLD REVIEW: Headlamp has nice features, I ordered two of them but both have same problem with battery. Every time when I turn them on they are low on battery, I recharge them after using and next time they are low again. I thought these Othemo are something special but now I see these kind of headlamps everywhere in stores…

When I tried to purchase this item I selected a bundle of 3 as it was advertised with free shipping. However when I went to confirm the order they had added shipping anyway.
Pitty as the product looks pretty good.

This review is not in regards to the quality of the product as I ordered 12 days ago & as yet have not received.
I think I would advise against dealing with Othemo.

I was pleasantly surprised that my package came in only four days. The product i bought started working immediately. And I was very happy with the updates on my shipment. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family members for sure. 👍👍

They need to modify the USB-C port. 90pct of chargers wont fit due to the ring of plastic inexplicably installed tightly around the port. Use a knife and cut that plastic away and you'll be good to go.

Sympa car en effet ça éclaire très bien, la charge usb c est très pratique, c'est léger...
Mais ça dure 3mois et 10 charges. La batterie n'est qu'un assemblage de 2 piles 1.5 de piètre qualité. Le sav est déplorable à mettre 3j pour répondre à chaque mail et nous prendre pour des idiots à savoir si le câble est bien mis, si le chargeur et le bon...bref tout pour abandonner et acheter une marque sérieuse.

The headlamp works well, but battery life is not very long in my opinion. I would say it possibly lasts 2-4 hours at most depending on the brightness level you use. The amount of light emitted is reduced when battery gets low, so it can be annoying depending on how much light you need. The curved beam also emits some heat, so may be uncomfortable for some when wearing it on their head directly. Wave control is not very practical since it's basically just a proximity sensor, so the lamp can be turned off unintentionally. Considering its low price, the battery life issue can be remedied by buying multiple.
