I placed my order on Dec 7 and began the wait. A USPS label was created on Dec 13. As of today, December 29, USPS has not yet received my order. I bought 10 lamps with the plans of sharing them with family and friends during the holidays. That didn’t happen. I will never order from this company again.

We ended up purchasing 10 headlamps for gifts. Of the six we have tried, only one is deficient. The on/off with the wave of a hand does not work. The rest are as advertised and very bright. The kids really liked them.

An excellent product. I first bought last year hoping but not knowing what to expect and they have so knocked my socks off in terms of quality and price that I bought another 10 for friends and family ( who were equally impressed) this Christmas 2025. The light quality , ease of recharging are excellent and hands free use is really good both for working and leisure ( hiking, cycling and sailing ) .Highly recommended.

I placed an order on December 9th. The last tracking I can find online for my order is December 13th and this is December 21st. I emailed the company and they responded but gave me no definite time of arrival.
Very frustrating and Christmas is just 4 days away. An extremely SLOW company and I am beginning to wonder if this company is a big SCAM.

It hasn't arrived yet!!!

Received my order of six headlamps yesterday. Have charged all six and each has worked out of the box and all have taken charge properly. Amazed by the brightness generated. Only issue was the five days taken to process my order. This substantially effected the order-to-delivery time.

Bought 5 last Christmas , presents were great . Bought 5 more for this Christmas, ( Dec.2 ) waiting for delivery over 16 days ( Dec.17 ) , anxious , still hopeful ... seems to be a common issue.

Customer service is VERY 'customer-must-spend- lots of time and several emails to get help and still wait to resolve issues'. There are headlamps out there where the company believes your product isn't working, and offers solutions.Still waiting on help and answers 7 days in and multiple emails- second time in 2 years Ive experienced this situation- just sharing feedback if you're debating whether or not to purchase products from this company. Can't help but feel they protract the 'help emails' out so you give up asking for support or replacements.

I have tested & charged each & every one , they are all functioning well. Most are gifts & ready to be wrapped with a ribbon or bow for gifts , soon.

items come from china. shipping is very slow because of it.should be disclosed that it is from china and not from usa

I posted a review earlier in the week about Othemo and the problems I was having - mostly concerning missing/incorrect tracking information. I also filed a complaint with the company and surprise!… ‘Ri’ contacted me, apologized and assured me that she would sort everything out and promised to personally ‘keep an eye out’ for my order. I was sceptical…. I’ve been down this road before - but I relented and decided to see what happens. I received my order today (headlamps). Thank you Ri for your excellent care and customer service! As these are stocking stuffers, I will not be testing them out. But if there are any issues - I have the utmost confidence that Ri or one of her co-workers will make things right. Thank you.

Já uso esta marca de lâmpadas há muito tempo . A única razão pela qual não dou 5 estrelas é porque ao fim de algum tempo a fita de luz da frente tem tendência para se descolar da borracha. Mas mesmo assim continua a funcionar . Faço candeeiros com máquinas antigas e esta iluminação é crucial para o meu trabalho. Recomendo vivamente

Great product.

I’m a tattoo artist and absolutely love my Othemo head lamp. So much that I bought a second one and put one of the others artists onto them. They are incredibly bright, light weight and the handsfree on and off setting is really handy. I honestly can’t recommend them enough.

I originally ordered 5 and gave hem as gifts. I kept one for myself and left it in my car for emergencies. I was in an accident and my car was deemed a complete loss. The insurance adjusters were to send me my belongings and needless to say, some of my belongings didn’t make it back to me. So I ordered 5 more. I’m going to keep all of them for myself. I love them and they work so good for me. I tell people in Home Depot to by them on line through you all the time.

I wanted to share an update regarding my issue with Othemo. The owner reached out to me personally by email, apologized, and handled the situation exactly the way a customer should be treated.
It seems he saw my initial review and stepped in, just as an owner should.

Placed another order for Christmas presents this year. Fast delivery , frequent emails regarding delivery, and obviously great product. Massive improvement on last year where my order was lost.

These headlamps make such a great gift - I got 3 to give to my friends who fix things in tight spaces - they just love them. Brightest headlamp ever (this isn't my first headlamp rodeo). Also very happy with the speedy delivery!
