Oryon , Wimpole street are AMAZING, they fitted me in for a 9pm sat night MRI Scan as i had had a booked by consutant MRI Cancelled at midday on sat as that MRI broke. I wanted an MRI of my cervical spine for the prebooked review on Monday with my consultant.
Very unlike Oryon , they were slightly delayed as they were so busy. The front desk staff were incerdibly polite and informative about the delays - and stayed late to get me seen. AMAZING

First class service from check-in (on an iPad, with all your previous info visible) pleasant front desk personnel, no waiting for my scan, technician very nice as well. Clean, comfortable, well-run place. Recommended.

The doctor was very friendly and thorough answering my questions with detail and reassurance . Reception staff were also very welcoming.

What a wonderful experience here at Oryon, Lister House. From the wonderful reception lady Janel, to the radiographers - Mohammed and his colleague, Omar. They were professional, warm and friendly. We had a great time. Mohammed really looked after my 87 year old mum. I think she wanted to take him home with her, he was so nice to her. Thank you so much ! And as a clinician, I regularly refer to Oryon, so this is a huge thumbs up.

My Ultrasound scan at Wimpole Street was completed promptly and professionally. Staff were polite and approachable.

Excellent experience at Oryon Dover Street. As a specialist in sports injuries I am very fussy about MRI scans. I love that Dover St has a 3T high tech scanner. Very professional receptionist and scanning staff and superb facility with easy access.

There was no sign on the door.
I pressed reception bell, no reply.
I pressed slowly every bell on the the list. No reply.
I asked leaving staff if there was an imaging company, Two said No.
I checked on my phone to confirm Harley St address.
The winter sun eventually faltered and I could see through the barred glass a sign Oryon.
A Lady from a different company let me in after over 10 minutes on the Street.
The sign in lobby directs the oppisite of where the place is, however by now! eventually found unsympathetic receptionist who said had heard nothing! Not really suprising, buried in the bowels of the building. I paid asked for an invoice ( insurance etc) Printer broken I insisted so I believe a printed invoice was managed by the time the scan was done.
Excuse, are not allowed to put sign outside! Surely for the bell?
I am sure unlikely if done with respect to the building. Perhaps one should speak kindly to the landlord?
It was a chilly day and a very cold wait for a patient.

My DEXA scan a positive experience: I was seen on time by efficient and pleasant staff.
