Pathetic service and worst Company to deal with, placed an order #4246 over 7 weeks ago, got a tracking number that does not give you any info, Hoping to give these braclets as EID gifts to my grandchild, not likely to happen.

I paid for a bracelet on the 10th of March. Expected it within 10 working days as I am in Cape Town, South Africa. Aisha advised about covid restrictions which added to the delay of my order being delivered. About a week ago she said my order was in my country (8 April). Since then nothing and today is the 16th of April. I’ve requested a refund but no communication since 8 April. I asked my mom to get this for me as a birthday gift. Thought ordering early would result in me getting my gift by 4 April but nothing. So disappointed 😔

ITS NOT WORTH THE 1 STAR. THAT’S HOW BAD THIS COMPANY RRALLY IS. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED A COMPANY WHO SCAMS PEOPLE IN THR NAME OF OUR LORD. I ODERED 3 ITEMS 4 MONTHS AGO. 1 ITEM WAS SENT WITH SOME RAMDOM PERSONS NAME ON AND THE OTHER I HAVR NEVER RECEIVED. UPON CONTACTING THIS COMPANY THEY HAVE FOBBED ME OFF AND RECENTLY HAVE STARTED TO IGNORE FURTHER EMAILS. I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND SUCH CONNING COMPANY TO ANYONE. THE PEOPLE BEHIND THIS WILL BE ANSWERABLE IN THR HEREAFTER.

Ordererd bracelets from your site for over a month ago. Still noe tracking number or feedback on the status. I have tried to reach out without any response. I would not recommend this site, you will loose your money.

I would rate them average, as I still haven't received my order which I have placed a month ago and they were also late to update on the shipment.

Finally I received my order and the product looks very nice.

I am still waiting for the order. Tracking denotes a problem in shipment.
It seems the company takes least interest in customer's satisfaction.
Kindly refund my money if you cannot deliver the order.

No update at all

We have not received our order and it is way past a month.. Can U please track ot down and revert ..? So looking forward to my bracelets but the delay is really not appropriate …

Didn't receive my order still and it's been a month.

Absolute fraud of a company I’ve made my order over a month ago and still no delivery. I’ve been emailing regarding my order but a robot called Aisha replies with the exact same automated message every single time.

Almost more than a month since I realised an order with no updates no news.

What I can see that's not a professional way to deal with a customer.
