It took a long time to get the necklace. Almost 2 months. The product itself was good.
The response time is also not the best

This is my second review, as my title says. The service and products including the price are simply amazing. Thank you so much Oriental Secrets.

On top of the time allowed (and notice after purchase) for delays, i still havent received the items. Got in touch with Oriental Secrets and they simply gave me the tracking link which i was already relying on and only when i was seeing no movement did i contact. Finally, the tracking stated the courier couldnt deliver my items and the sender will be contacted. I reached out to Oriental Secrets and still havent heard anything back from them. I purchased 2 items both birthday presents (far apart) and ive missed both birthdays, so essentially ive paid to receive nothing. There are other sites that sell the same items and i definitely would recommend anyone to use those over this site.

Very bad service...delivery takes 30 days to 50 days

Inam very dissappointed. I placced 2 name chians on for my niece n my daughter. For their b days. One b da passed and did not rec. The other b day is kn the 9th n i doibt wil get it. I placed the order on the 4 feb.. To date i ma been mailing n mailing last mail rec was 19 feb. N since then nothing

The product is beautiful however the delivery takes time as it appears to come from China. Expect to wait.

Very unhappy. The Color rose ist completely gone and slowly white is coming out. I can“t Return because off Allahs name, but i‘m disappointed.

I wouldn't even give one star! A terrible experience I have ordered it been over a month I am still waiting for my order. It's a birthday gift, did not receive so I ordered from another company receive within few days! Horrible customer service from oriental secret rubbish company!!!

As a part from the delay, the product quality was good and packing was good too. Kindly please add FedEx or DHL as your service providers, so that they can reach us out more easily and we can purchase more from you guys.

the products are beautiful, although the delivery took a bit too long, the staff was really helpful and helped a lot !

I ordered two Ayatul Kursi bangles for my two daughters, one month later I only received one bangle, I wrote to them number of times asking for my second bangle but there's no reply, and now they are asking for my rating.
I would like refund for my second bangle as soon as possible.
