I am still waiting for my order which I placed on 23 may. Communication is bad with this company. You dont get any response when you email them and the contact nr on the website is not these. Bad service I will never order from them again

haven't arrive yet, the order process too slow. I'm a little bit upset because it was suppose to be my niece birthday gift. its been a month & a half since last April i ordered. I hope my items will arrived before the end of June 2022.

Very beautiful jewelry, I just received mine and love it. You can customize it and I think it makes a lovely present. The delivery was a bit long but it was worth the wait!

I ordered a gift from Oriental Secrets and am happy with their service and timely updates on my order. The only thing that I would add is that they should mention prior to the check out where the item will be shipped from in this case it was Dubai and it tool almost 3 weeks for it to arrive. The product in it self isn't as advertised.

Bought two pendants from Oriental Secrets and they took so long to arrive that I honestly believed that I had been scammed. However after 40 days and to my surprise I received a call from Customs regarding a parcel that had arrived for me and a few days later it arrived at the SAPO for collection. Very satisfied with the quality of the pendants but would suggest that a speedier delivery service be utilized to stop customers from stressing..

After sending complaint emails and chats, 'Aisha' replied that 'she' will track it. On 26 Mar'22 I received a new tracking number Waybill number: 3A5V603927192
I tracked it on the 'courier company' site: CNE Diiyi Logistics and for the last month it says: 'RECEIVED THE ELECTRONIC INFORMATION O'

This is DEFINATELY a FRAUD.. and I lost my money. Wish I knew where to report these fraudsters and get them BLOCKED!

I have ordered 4 braclets with Ayatul Qursi in Feb 2022 its now more than 2+ Months but nothing delivered.
My order # 3945.
Initially, I recevied a reply from someone name 'Aisha' that its under transit and due to corona it is being delayed but since last 1 month no response to any of my emails from her or oriental company. Looks like a SCAM for sure.

PLEASE PLEASE Beaware and I turly believe that all the negative comments posted before me are honsestly correct as I myself have faced the same thing. I can literraly feel them when I read the recent April 2022 comments. So think before ordering from this Company. Its not worth it.
